The Bastide Blanche is a property of 6 rooms in the middle of a park of 5200 m2 with several terraces and a heated swimming pool of 12mx6m. The villa is close to all amenities.
In the entrance, a white right piano Samick awaits music lovers.
On the ground floor, you will find on one side, a sleeping area: 1 bedroom (bed 160) with its own bathroom and toilet with direct access to the terrace and garden; 3 other bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (1 with a 160 cm bed and 1 with a 140 cm bed); 1 room with bunk beds (90x200 cm beds); 1 bathroom (bath and shower) + 1 shower room with wc.
On the other side, the spacious living room, consists of a dining room and a sitting area, with TV Samsung 4K UHD curved screen, TV bouquet Orange and Beinsport, separated by a magnificent fireplace.
The large kitchen is semi-open, you will find all the necessary equipment for the best comfort for your stay: fridge, American fridge, microwave, stove gas stove Lacanche, cooker with induction hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, robot, blender, blender, dishwasher, etc.
Another room above the living room, accessible by a miller's ladder, is equipped with 2 beds of 90 cm x 200 cm (which can be pushed together). We installed a big screen TV with Xbox and several games, by age category.
At the entrance of the house you will find the guest toilet and access to the floor where is the 6th bedroom, round with small private terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
The exteriors are spacious and you can fully enjoy the sun of the Côte d'Azur, pleasant terraces and summer kitchen (protected from the mistral by a sliding glass door) with its barbecue, pizza oven, stove, refrigerator and sink.
Heated swimming pool and salt 12x6 m and sunbathing (10) are at your disposal as well as leisure accessories.
Facing the winter terrace, a beautiful hut dedicated to children awaits them in the large lime tree in front of the house.
Spacious petanque in the shade of the many ornamental trees and fruit trees in the garden.
Golf: training area with 80m² synthetic putting green, two bunkers and approach zone up to 50 meters
The house is located in the town of Roquebrune sur Argens, it is 10 minutes from the entrances to the A7 motorway (20 minutes from Cannes, 45 minutes from Nice airport), 15 minutes from Saint-Raphaël / Fréjus , 15 km from the beaches of Issambres or the Nartelle, Sainte Maxime.
In summer, the access to St Tropez by the road is difficult, we use the maritime shuttle of St Maxime or Issambres, (10 minutes of journey).

The house is ideally located for sports activities: less than 20 min. five golf courses. Tennis courts 5 min. Many other activities like water skiing, sailing, horseback riding, fishing pond, tree climbing, etc.
Aqualand and Luna Park nearby
A large shopping center is only 10 minutes drive and many shops are within 5 min.
To make the most of the region, it is better to have or rent a car.
