1ère expérience en villa avec piscine

Location complètement conforme à l'annonce, maison très bien agencée et équipée. Un fer à repasser serait le bienvenu. Merci à l'agence d'avoir rapidement fourni un aspirateur absolument nécessaire pour nettoyer une surface de 140 mètres carré. En revanche, nous avons régulièrement rencontré des difficultés pour stationner notre véhicule à proximité.

Gute Lage, schönes Haus mit Privatpool

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Strandurlaub. Sehr ruhige Lage und schönes Grundstück. Das Haus ist leider nicht mehr so neu wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Gartenmöbel sehr benutzt und teilweise kaputt. Zimmer schön und sauber. Das Geschirr in der Küche leider vom Vormieter sehr unappetitlich hinterlassen. Hier mussten wir erstmal Grundreinigen. Die Terrasse um den Pool war bei der Ankunft komplett mit den Nadeln des nebenstehenden Baumes verschmutzt. Eine Stunde Kehren nötig. Pool saube

Wohlfühloase zum Entspannen

Wunderschönes gemütliches gut gepflegtes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, um zu zweit oder mit der Familie odre Freunden zusammen zu entspannen, Sport zu treiben oder andere Aktivitäten zu unternehmen. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, wann immer man Lust hat. Das Haus ist zentral und trotzdem absolut ruhig gelegen, man kann zu Fuß zum Strand oder zu den Geschäften in Les Issambres laufen. Die Aussicht in die rundum grüne mediterrane Landschaft ist phantastisch.

Bellissima casa in un angolo di paradiso

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza. La casa è arredata con gusto e dispone di tutte le comodità per un soggiorno perfetto. Molto bello è lo spazio esterno, davanti la piscina, mentre dietro la casa c'è un vero parco molto ben curato. Tornerei volentieri.

Des problèmes dans la maison : - VMC ne fonctionnait pas - micro-ondes ne fonctionnait plus - rangements de la porte complètement cassés et manque une étagère Heureusement très bonne équipe d’inter home très réactive un micro ondes, un petit frigidaire d’appoint et VMC changée. L’employé a même réparé la porte fenêtre qui ne fermait pas depuis des années.

Positiv:Das Haus mit eigenem Pool bietet für eine 5-köpfige Familie durchaus genug Platz & ist praktikabel eingerichtet. Der Standort ist schön & praktisch. Negativ: Sauberkeit ist ein dehnbarer Begriff, allerdings waren die Wollmäuse überall zu finden. Und auch sonst war es um das Haus herum eher schmuddelig. Der Pool musste von uns erstmal vollständig selbst geputzt werden, sodass die Kinder darin baden konnten.Der Poolboy war wohl vorher nicht da, denn es hatte geregnet, so die Auskunft.

Heerlijk huis, rustig gelegen en vlak bij strand

Rustig gelegen ruime villa op domaine met veel privacy. Bij aankomst was alles schoon en netjes geregeld. Je heb een voor- en achtertuin met beide een terras. Nette voortuin met heerlijk schoon zwembad, rondom terras, ligbedden ligt op zuidzijde met veel zon en weinig schaduw. Daardoor miste wel wel een een parasol. Tuin aan achterzijde met ochtendzon is ongezellig, volledig grind en geen beplanting. Jammer! Woning is binnen maar ook buiten wel aan renovatie toe. Maar verder prima verblijf.

Une belle maison dans un domaine tranquille. Grandes espaces et 2 salles de bains. La maison était tres propre. la maison donne une impression désuète et pourrait bénéficier d'une petite rénovation. Par exemple, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et les volets électriques bloquent souvent.

Magnifique séjour (1ère semaine juillet 2019)

Après un excellent accueil au bureau Interhome, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Très bien dans l'ensemble! . La propreté laisse cependant à désirer; un peu de nettoyage sous les meubles ne serait pas du luxe (poussières, poils de chien et crasses). Tout le confort nécessaire. Cuisine très complète avec du bon matériel à disposition. La machine à laver est aussi un plus! Chouette piscine. Quartier calme, pas loin de la mer et des commerces. Jolie vue depuis la terrasse, jardin fleuri. Parking OK en bas de la villa (accès via des escaliers).
