Host was amazing, attentive and everything went smoothly. The place is perfect for a family, it was nice to sit around the table at night and chat after exploring the city. I would totally give it 5 starts but the location was a bit loud and that was hard on a few ppl. A few of us wore ear plugs to bed and that seemed to do the trick. Nothing the owner could do, it is just the price of being in a great location, but I did want ppl to know.

Great location. Our host was excellent and responded quickly with any questions and assisted in airport transfers and tour arrangements. Check in was easy and seamless. Tons of restaurants nearby. Somewhat noisy at night. Otherwise perfect!

Wonderful apartment and location

Wonderful apartment, exactly as advertised. Location is fantastic, plenty of room inside modern apartment, kitchen is well stocked. Check-in was simple. This is a seemingly safe, busy area. Would recommend earplugs at night, as street below and nearly cafes are busy. Highly recommended.

Apartment in ideal location near Piazza Navona

If you want to experience Rome by foot, this apartment is in the perfect location to do so. Steps away from the Piazza Navona, we were able to explore all of the key stops in the city during the 1.5 days we were there. Alex and Ege were excellent hosts, helping us to arrange transportation to the rental, and then to the airport on our last day. Ege even assisted us with making a dinner reservation and helped us plot out the best routes for exploring the city.While this location is a little noisy at night due to the busy nightlife, it was worth it for being so close to everything we wanted to see. We highly recommend this quaint apartment for your stay in Rome!

PERFECTION!

Thank you Alex for allowing us to stay at your apartment. We were able to walk to Vatican City, the Colosseum, everywhere. Lot's of fun restaurants and pubs close by. Many of the waiters were like Family by the time we left. We had 5 women in our group and had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We even learned how to use a drying rack when doing laundry!!!Thanks again for your hospitality and prompt responses and organizing our airport transportation. Truly was perfection!

Best place I have stayed in Rome!

This property is clean, convenient and in a perfect location to explore the city center. Management was very cooperative and responsive. I have been here many times, and this is my favorite place to stay so far!

From srart to finish this was such an easy and delightful process. Alex was so prompt in providing information, answering questions and arranging transportation. Ege was great at check in. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Loved the apartment and location. Apartment was clean and spacious. Located just off the Piazza, the neighborhood was charming and it was easy to walk to most places in Rome. Great hosts also!

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien placé. Les problèmes: Il faut avoir réservé et payé pour voir apparaitre une liste de suppléments plus ou moins obligatoires et non prévus. Par exemple une surcharge pour check in après 20 heures. Ensuite: l'arnaque de la taxe de séjour: annoncée à 3 €/pax/nuit Ruel perçoit 6 € en disant que c'est Abritel qui a mal indiqué. Abritel m'a confirmé que légalement la taxe est peçue par personne et par jour REELLEMENT occupés. Se réfugiant derrière le système informatique de déclaration Ruel nous a taxés sur le nombre de lits et de nuits même inoccupées. C'est absolument anormal. ça n'est pas au client de supporter les défaillances du système. Enfin: le bruit. On ne peut jamais savoir à l'avance le bruit. Les sites n'en parlent pas. Cet appartement est bruyant: Vendredi de 20h à 24 heures = cris du restaurant sous la fenêtre. DE 2h à 4h du matin = chariots de linge de l'hôtel Raphael bringueballant bruyamment dans la ruelle. De 4h à 8h = livraisons sonores avec des camions arrêtés moteur tournant à 50 mètres. Il n'y a qu'une chambre avec doubles vitrages. Même dans la chambre avec double vitrage le bruit est impossible. Nous avons connu la même chose dans un appartement passegiata di Ripetta = ils ont carrément mis deux doubles fenêtres, et c'est efficace, c'est même indispensable. Etant moi même propriétaires de maisons louees par VRBO j'ai une expérience de ces problèmes et je constate qu'il est payant d'etre honnête.
