Check in was great. Staff was very helpful to set up taxi service to the airport and followed up as needed. Toilet had a minor issue that was promptly fixed by staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel is very close (2 blocks) to Rome train station. Rooms have good air conditioning.

Clean hotel, small rooms, very busy very busy. Check in and breakfast chaotic. It was fine for one night and convenient to train station. Area is ok, but typical train station area sketchiness. Would not use for longer stays.

Was here for 3 nights and had a great time in Rome. Location is excellent for bus, metro and train. Great hotel after a very tiring day walking about. Staff is friendly, our room was clean and breakfast was a treat before a days out. We would be back when in Rome again.

Overall I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel with my wife. We stayed 5 nights. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of the main bus/train station. The room is on the small side but is clean, modern and has all the essentials. Breakfast was good, as a vegetarian we had many options, including salad and cooked vegtables. I was a little disapointed at checkout. The evening before checkout I asked the man at the reception desk if I can get a breakfast box to go in the morning since i'm checking out at 6 am. He told me to requeat at checkout and they will quickly put one together. At checkout I was told that a larhe group of 50 already requested and they won't be able to make me one. Not wanting to miss my train, I left hungry.

Nice place to stay

It is close to the train station. On the main route for the bus 429 to take use to all the sites. There a lots of dinning choices within walking distance. The Breakfast was great and a lot of choices. Rooms are nice and spacious. Overall, Great choice.

The Republic is a beautiful Hotel, and conveniently just steps away from the train station. They have a lovely breakfast in the morning, the bed was very comfortable, the room was gorgeous and the staff are superb! I'm so glad I chose this hotel for my stay in Rome- 5 stars all around!
