The young lady who checked us in reviewed our itinerary and arranged taxi rides and even a boxed breakfast for the early morning excursion we had arranged. From the welcome at our Uber, immediate help with our luggage to the front desk. Impeccable service. Our experience was 5 star by all the staff !! Our stay was just one day. They were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. Room was great, size a little tight but we were traveling with alot of luggage. Bed was very comfortable, shower/bath excellent. Toiletries scents were beautiful. Dinner was 5 star, again the service & attention to detail was outstanding. Very hospitable & everyone was very pleasant to speak to. Excellent stay at Singer Palace. I was very impressed with their customer service . They went above and beyond to resolve an issue . It is very accessible to all tourist attractions. I will definitely stay at Singer on our next visit to Rome !
