From the welcome at our Uber, immediate help with our luggage to the front desk. Impeccable service. Our experience was 5 star by all the staff !! Our stay was just one day. They were very accommodating by allowing us to check in early. Room was great, size a little tight but we were traveling with alot of luggage. Bed was very comfortable, shower/bath excellent. Toiletries scents were beautiful. Dinner was 5 star, again the service & attention to detail was outstanding. Very hospitable & everyone was very pleasant to speak to. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a come back to hotel! Thank you for making our 1st time & night in Rome a memorable one!

The very best concierges you will find at a hotel. They not only found excellent entertainment options for me in Rome, but also greatly assisted with dining options in Turin. Truly above and beyond. Everything at the hotel was perfect too and great location.
