Amazing

Antonio and his wife went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. I stayed in over 5 different hotels during my 2 week Italy trip, and this was by far the best. Their genuine kindness and love for their community really shows. The room was very modern, clean, and quiet! The area was great for walking to restaurants and shops. I felt very safe as a solo traveler in that part of town. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here, this was our first time in Rome (from USA), we absolutely loved our stay. Nicole and Antonia are great hosts, hotel is very clean with daily room refreshing, and they prepare a very nice breakfasts for guests upon request. The location is a little further out from attractions, but easy access via bus/metro, plus the restaurants here are tasty and reasonably priced. Highly recommend staying here

Our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre was far beyond our expectations! If I could have given it 10 stars, I would have. Nicole and Antonio were the two of the nicest people I've met. They made my wife and I feel like family! Whatever we needed, they were there to help! Their morning breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were extremely clean and the shower was one with a lot of pressure! Those who have traveled understand the value of a shower with pressure! I will be telling everyone I know that is going to Rome to stay at this modern boutique hotel!!

Absolutely fantastic stay. On our arrival, Nicole greeted us with refreshments and delicious crossiants. She highlighted a map for us with all of the top places of interest. My wife and I recently celebrated our 23rd anniversary at this boutique hotel in Rome, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of our expectations. This trip was to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were wanting it to be a special experience. Nicole and Antonio helped deliver on this. From the moment we arrived, Nicole welcomed us with some drinks and food. We arrived before check-in time but she was more than happy to look after our luggage. Nicole took the time to point out highlights we needed to visit during our time in Rome along with providing recommendations of places to eat on a map she gave us. This was a nice touch. The room was lovely and just as the photos show. Beautifully appointed, tidy, clean, and very quiet. The aircon system was great given how hot it was. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the main tourist highlights of Rome. We love to walk, but if you wanted to take a bus or train, these are close by. The neighborhood felt authentic and not touristy. This meant we had an incredible selection of eateries that the locals eat at, which were great quality and value. Plus it felt very safe to wander around at night. Whenever we left in the morning for the day or came back in the evening, Nicole or Antonio would greet us warmly. This was an experience you rarely get at hotels. We loved our time here and would stay here again without hesitation.

Our recent stay in Rome was greatly enhanced because of our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre and the hospitality of the owners Nicole and Antonio. I can not say enough about their desire to make our stay special. The coffee, juice, croissants and fruit delivered to our room in the morning was delicious and much appreciated. Nicole even delivered some Limoncello in chilled flutes after a long day of sightseeing. The location is convenient with easy access to Rome’s sights and within walking distance of the railway station and restaurants. The hotel located in an historic building is newly renovated, spotless and beautiful. The combination of wonderful accommodations and outstanding hospitality is something Nicole and Antonio should be proud of. Consider this your new home when visiting Rome.
