It’s a small room but it fit our needs in Rome. It is in an ideal location for getting around. We walked to everything. The Spanish steps are around the corner and it was about a 20 min walk to the colosseum. Very safe area and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. The air conditioning was great and they provided a espresso machine in the room

My complaint would be the "Out of Service" elevator. We are 60+yrs, and having to carry our luggage down the stairs( multiple trips) in the extreme heat was a difficult task. We had multiple pieces due to extended cruise. having somone on site to help at check-in or out, would have made the experience better, especially with the knowledge of no elevator.

Nice property in a convenient location.

We were a little apprehensive with there being no front desk on site but electronic communication with the property manager was excellent, they were very responsive to all of our questions. They were also able to setup a transfer for us from the airport to the property which was very helpful. The location is great, easy walking to many shops, attractions and food.

You can tell the this is an old building with some history. It’s nicely kept and looks to have other businesses and people living there. It is quiet and we rarely ran into other people. I liked it since is isn’t a typical hotel and felt more being in an apartment building. I didn’t mind that there wasn’t a front desk. The elevator is tiny and looks new. Use the stairs if you can. The management was very responsive and helpful. The in room coffee/tea and treats set up was appreciated. The whole experience was great.

We stayed here for one day at the end of our vacation and it was the best night sleep we had gotten. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Even though there are no staff present on the property, the communication on WhatsApp was immediate. This hotel is located right down the street from the Spanish Steps and a few blocks from Trevi Fountain. Perfect all around!

The property is on the second and third floors of a building. It has a lift which doesn’t stop at the second floor. There is no staff at the property, to access and find your room you have to call a central number. Other than the room you are allocated there are no extra facilities- the pictures look amazing on the website but the sitting areas are functionless as no bar / reason to sit there. The room allocated was fine for a short stay. It had a double bed and two single beds for the children. There were fresh towels and bedding along with coffee making machine. The property is very close to the Spanish steps and easy to navigate Rome from it.

charming beauty of Rome

The property is in the perfect location, and you get a real feel of Rome. I usually stay in big well named properties, but we decided to immerse ourselves in the culture and history. This was the perfect place for that. Only caveat is if you stay on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage either up or down a flight of stairs. The elevator only accesses the 3rd floor.
