Comfortable and clean facilities in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Very friendly staff both in the front desk as well as in the dining room. Should avoid going to breakfast at the same time as the tour group. Great facilities if you have a car.

All aspects of the hotel and staff were excellent,including the buffet breakfast and staff of restaurant.The area around the hotel is quite hilly and I would recommend hiring a car and using the hotel parking facilities,payable,as there is little or no parking around the hotel.

It was a wonderful experience staying at Massini City Garden Hotel. The hotel is very clean. Customer service was very helpful and polite. The breakfast they had was already included in the hotel package. You have the option to have dinner as well but you would have to pay for the dinner buffet. But it was worth it because it was great food. The staff there was excellent especially the staff in the restaurant Simoné and Bosé were very attentive and pleasant. Also the reception staff were as well. I would recommend it to everyone.

Slightly out of the main city the hotel is in a nice and quiet place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only slight issue of easy access to the nearest Metro station which is 3 km away

Although the hotel is a little far from downtown, be out of the crazy traffic of Rome is great. The staff is fantastic, and the restaurant is great. Great quality meals, decent price. I really enjoyed the stay in the Massini Garden Holden!!!

The property is great. The buffet was great. Only disappointment was when I checked in. I had booked the delux double that sleeps three. I was checking in - and my reservation stated only one adult. It was myself And my husband that would be staying there. They stated I had to pay extra. They charged me additional funds which was more than booking at the site would have been.

If you’re used to AC, please beware that there’s a limit of AC power through the hot scorching days of Rome. We had to get a separate fan to accommodate the temperature of the rooms. We’ve had multiple rooms and all were very warm throughout the day and night. Customer service was okay until it was checkout time. There are multiple receptionists through the day therefore sometimes what maybe said to one may differ from another. We spoke with the night receptionist about late checkout the following day and was told that we can leave at 12pm. Thought that was enough until at 11:01am of the checkout day, when the cleaning aide came and said “Only one room allowed, you get out now please”. Let that simmer and you be the judge.

I love staying at the hotel, the breakfast options was great 👍, (healthy) what was unique to me was the Wash cloth, it was so big/huge for bathing. I did not like that they did not have an iron or iron board.

The hotel is located in one of the most dirty area in Rome. You get outside and dogs’ poops , dumpsters, dirts in the whole street Largo Ambrosio Vencenso 9, a one way , very short street. You walk toward your left a couple of steps on the perpendicular street and it looks like dump. At least, the hotel could have cleaned the Largo Ambrosio vensrnso street, which could be just about 1 mile long for the respect of the guests. The building is good and the room was ok since we were in Rome. It was not a good experience.
