Nice room with late night music.

The accommodation was relatively easy to find by map. The agent buzzed me in and met me at the inner door to the apartments. The room was convenient, clean, roomy and had a good supply of nice, hot water. My only suggestion is that only young people who enjoy night life stay here. The rooms are directly above a bar that provides a latenight live band and the bass pounds loudly through the floor. This was still pounding away when I finally fell asleep at 1:30 a m. I am sure it continued until at least 2 a m.

A 5 person family was placed in a very small 4 person room that did not reflect the pictures on the internet. They did provide another bed after I made two phone calls explaining that two people could not sleep in a single bed for 4 nights. There was a 24/7 Bar/Night Club directly underneath the accommodation and the music continued until 4am. When we found new accommodation that was more suitable, the owners insisted that we pay two nights city tax even though we had only stayed one night. There was a no refund policy even though they were unable to provide suitable accommodation for a family of 5 as agreed to when we booked, so we ended up out of pocket by $500. I would not recommend this accommodation or Wotif to anyone. The reviews and information on that site are not correct at all.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The location can't be beat, just a 10 minute walk to the Metro and the Termini. The host was very nice and worked to accommodate us and give us the information we needed for our stay. We found that it was very important to make contact with the host prior to arriving for instructions about where to go and how to get in because there are several hotels at the same address and the door is closed and locked at night.

Ho chiesto il letto basso perché avendo un problema al ginocchio faccio fatica a salire su quello superiore, gentilmente me lo hanno concesso ma non mi aspettavo un letto in terra, egualmente scomodo per scendere. Facendo un rapporto qualità prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosina di più. In Portogallo ho speso la metà e avevo a disposizione cucina, sala da pranzo e persino la piscina

Huone on remontin tarpeessa (pistorasiat lähtivät helposti irti seinästä ja kahva ovesta ja seinät olivat likaisia), mutta kaikki, millä on väliä toimi. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet olivat siistejä, sänky mukava ja ilmastointi toimi. Majoituspaikka palveli tarpeitamme erinomaisesti.

Io e la mia amica abbiamo scelto questa struttura per 3 notti. Inizio con il dire che l’indirizzo di google è sbagliato, infatti abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception perché non trovavamo il B&B. Il personale è venuto a prenderci e una volta arrivati non trovava la nostra prenotazione (noi abbiamo pagato online un mese prima). Ho perso 5 anni di vita. Inutile dire che il B&B è gestito da personale straniero e quindi ci capivamo poco e niente. Pero’ erano gentili e cordiali. Dopo aver insistito ha trovato la prenotazione (da quello che ho capito era un problema del portale), e ci hanno accompagnati in camera. La camera era arredata modestamente, il giusto per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, ma le lenzuola erano sporche, non c’erano coperte bensì una specie di plaid e in piu’ dalla finestra entrava un freddo allucinante dagli SPIFFERI. Il riscaldamento non si poteva tenere acceso perché una volta accesosi faceva salire una polvere allucinante in aria che ci faceva tossire tutto il tempo. Risultato: tra spifferi e freddo l’indomani avevamo i sintomi di una bella influenza. Passando al bagno, vi consiglio di osservare attentamente le foto prima di andare. Noi non abbiamo visto foto del bagno, che era in pessime condizioni rispetto alla stanza. La doccia e il bidet spruzzavano acqua ovunque. Non era nemmeno invitante usarla. Ci siamo arrangiate per evitare di prendere qualche micosi. Ci aspettavamo più igiene e pulizia. Almeno il personale è gentile.

Es un hotel algo escondido pero está bien ubicado, cerca de Termini y tiene alrededor muchos sitios para comer. La habitacion era amplia y limpia, con baño y una pequeña nevera. Los chicos que atienden fueron muy amables y ponían a disposición un microondas y un calentador de agua en uso compartido. El único detalle quizá sea que la habitación está arriba de un restaurante que en la noches tiene música en vivo. No es especialmente ruidoso o molesto, depende de cada quien, pero si se escuchaba algo de "rumor músical". Con todo, el sitio está perfecto para ir por unos días de visita a la ciudad.

Value for money - ok

the apartment is located about 7 minutes walk from the termini station and about 30 minutes from attractions such as the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain. In the vicinity there is a nice Italian family restaurant (Taverna Pretoriana) and the Yellowbar pub where almost every evening there is a big party (I warn you that it can be heard from the apartment - it didn't bother us). Let's get down to the negative side - EXTREMELY hot at night. The apartment has air conditioning (ours did not work) and a fan (which also couldn't cope with the temperature). In addition, the room we lived in did not have a window overlooking the outside, which is very uncomfortable (the room can only be lit by the light from the lamp and the room cannot be aired

Nous ne pouvons pas vraiment évaluer la prestation car nous n’avons pas eu la chambre prévue problème de clim. Cependant le gérant nous a relogé dans un hôtel dans la même rue en nous offrant le petit déjeuner donc pour l’accueil et la compensation c’est plutôt convenable. En revanche l’emplacement est idéal pour les transports en commune proche de la gare Termini.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre est propre et confortable. La machine à café ne fonctionne pas. Le quartier est idéalement situé (proche du métro) mais un peu bruyant avec les bars juste au pied de l'immeuble.

Ubicación muy buena cerca de la estación termini caminando lo único malo es la señalización en la entrada del hotel simplemente no hay pero cuando lo encuentras todo bien ,si está en el 2do piso , y en la noche hay un bar abajo del hotel para cuando vaz a descansar si causa molestia por que se es muy fuerte la música
