Great Apartment With View On St Peter’s Dome.

The apartment is located in a 4 storeys building from the 1930’s with 10 apartments in total. From the windows you can admire the dome of St. Peter and the green hill of Monte Mario with Villa Miani. It was designed with double windows for soundproofing, air conditioning and independent heating. It is located 1.2 Km (15 minutes) from St. Peter's Basilica, 650m (8minutes) from the Vatican Museums, 550m (7 minutes) from the Ottaviano station metro. Within walking distance there are two supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop, various restaurants that meet all tastes and needs (even for vegans). With a ten minutes walk you will find yourself strolling through one of the most famous shopping streets, via Cola di Rienzo, then, crossing the Regina Margherita bridge you will reach the famous and central Piazza del Popolo. The house is therefore ideally located to visit the sights, monuments and museums of the eternal city. The apartment has a single room and a double bedroom, a large lounge with double sofa bed, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, wifi and air conditioning, shower and bidet.

In a couple of steps, you will be able to immerse yourself in an authentic Roman neighbourhood where you will get in touch with the customs of the inhabitants of the city, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some restaurants that aren’t yet touristic like simple and tasty “pizza al taglio” and trattorias.Summing up, this is the perfect place to savour the “real” Rome without giving up the comfort of reaching the city centre and major tourist attractions. Roma vacation

We were in Roma for 4 weeks, the apartment was ideal for our plans. Metro was a short walk to be able to visit all the sights. The Vatican was within walking distance. There were numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance. The was an amazing bakery located across the street with excellent choices for breakfast. The gelato shop on the corner was the best gelato we have even had. Check in went reasonable well we arrived later then expected and baggage took longer then usual. The driver was impatient which made it very trying to start our vacation. The lift in the building is difficult to get more then 2 people in no luggage would be able to be on the lift with you. We had the best vacation we have ever had because the apartment was so convenient for us to travel from it to the train station and to,travel to all the other locations we wanted to visit.

This might be the right rental for you or...

.. it might not, dependent upon what you need. This apartment is large, with lots of room for two or more people. It is very clean. It is close to at least two excellent restaurants, gelato, groceries and is walking distance to the Metro. It has a washer no dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped. The building is quiet. If you're a light sleeper this is probably not the rental for you. Because it is located directly across from the Flower Market the street noise starts at about 530 am six days a week. Trucks pulling in and out, people shouting, etc. until around 8 am. If you need three beds this rental may not work for you. The apartment is advertised as having a double, a single and a sofa bed. However the single bed is in fact a cot - not comfortable to sleep on for an adult. The cot is narrow, with a thin mattress. Renters are provided with two towels each. But there are no linens for the kitchen so renters must provide their own paper towels or wipe their hands on their pants. If you don't expect to cook in the apartment this probably wouldn't bother you. Property manager responded to our inquiry by saying the two bath towels are what they provide. This apartment has the strangest toilet flushing mechanism we've experienced. Not sure why the owner hasn't had them replaced. Lift the mat on the wall, reach into the wall and pull up on the plastic pieces held together with a twist tie. It works, but why not have a handle on the toilet?

lovely neighbourhood

I spent 4 nights at this apartment together with my family (4 adults and 1 child) - the flat is very spacious, light and welcoming. The best thing is the neighbourhood which is very lively, with plenty of restaurants and cafes and not touristy at all. My only complaints are that it's right opposite the flower market (where they started working at 4am and it's very noisy until about 6am! so not for the light sleepers... ) and the sofa bed is not comfortable. Wonderful Place

This worked out really well for us. The apartment was very comfortable and the location was close to most of the places we wanted to visit. There is a Carrefour supermarket right around the corner, a coffee shop literally next door and a Pharmacy and a gelateria on the next block. There is a wonderful little cafe across the street. The Vatican is a short walk away and bus stops and the metro are convenient as well. We can't say enough good things about our experience here. Check in and check out were easy. Great Neighborhood; Great Apartment

We wanted to stay near friends for our week in Rome and this apartment worked perfectly: large, gracious, near transport and very interesting shops and restaurants (Sicilia Imbocca restaurant, Arcobalena bookstore.) The apartment is very well equipped and well laid out, with a complete and efficient kitchen, good wifi, and lots of light. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly.

Great location. We used this as a base for our walking tours of Rome.

The best way to experience Rome is on foot. If walking is not your thing the Metro will take you to many major spots. A station is not too far away

Fantastic apartment

This property is beautiful and full of charming character. It's located closely to the best ice cream parlour in Rome and a quick taxi ride to the centre. Communication between the owner and transfer manager was stress free and easy. Highly recommend we loved it.

Beautiful home

This beautiful apartment made our vacation a wonderful experience. It was even more beautiful than the photos, and the little extras like soap, tea, coffee and other sundries were very appreciated. The location meant we could walk to the Vatican and we were in a lovely neighbourhood away from the rushing crowds. It was quiet and picturesque. We would most highly recommens this property. Should we ever travel to Rome again, we would certainly stay at this lovely property. The owners were prompt in answering any queries and were extremely helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was spacious, clean and lovely. No issues with management or our stay. Their drivers were excellent. Would recommend. It is extremely convenient to the Vatican, but for other sites it is a bit remote and requires use of taxis or public transport. Several metro stations were closed while we were there, but the bus was reliable.

Spacious Apartment, Great location!

Our stay at the Trionfale apartment was pleasant. We appreciated the elevator. The apartment is spacious and it was very clean. We had an easy walk to the Ottaviano Metro, the Vatican and Trionfale Market. There were also cafes and trattorias and a grocery store close by. It was hot and humid in Rome and the air conditioning was definitely a plus. I will say that the double pull out bed, located in the dining area absolutely needs to be replaced. There were four adults staying in this apartment and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathrooms were well suited and the washing machine was a bonus. The only other suggestions we have would be to add some dish towels and paper towels to your kitchen supplies and if you could have a map of Rome or helpful information to first timers about where to go. We have been to Rome a number of times over the past few years, but our traveling companions were here for the first time.

The apartment was great. Negatives were upon arrival gentleman met us on time, but let us struggle with our luggage up stairs. The apartment was NOT furnished with toilet paper 1 full roll and half used one. NO paper towels and only few napkins HOW CHEAP IS THAT?? For the money spent for 6 nights. They scheduled a 10am pickup and came 10:20am to take us to train station for a 10:50am train this put undue stress on us. Would NOT recommend using their car service. Stranded us also when arriving at airport Had to find our own way.

I can’t say enough great things about this Rome apartment stay. We were assisted with metro directions, local neighborhood eateries, and so much more! Please, stay here. It is classy, and part of a fantastic Roman experience. Tie on your walking shoes, as do all Romans who aren’t just in a foto shoot. 😘

Apt is very nice. A 10 minute walk from subway, quiet spot away from crowds. A/C is amazing.

Spacious, clean, big, A/C works great. No complaints. Third floor and elevator is small so must be able to manage that. Away from the crowds was nice but if using subway, you need be able to manage a bit of a walk. You must try the icy fruit drink stand down the street, so good! I would definitely stay here again. Best place of our trip.

Nice apartment, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Two things we didn’t like - couch turns into a bed, very uncomfortable and in the dining room not in the spare room and emptying the air conditioner drain pan, otherwise it was just fine.

Cute Roman Apartment

Very clean and comfortable! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, convenient location for our to-do list in Rome. Different shops and restaurants are located along the same street. One warning though, it is about four flights of stairs to get up. There is a very small elevator for one or two people (can be used for luggage as well.) We didn’t want to deal with the tiny elevator so we just took the stairs, but overall we had a wonderful time! We would definitely come back.

We loved very large apartment! Everything was so close and in walking distance. Katia was very helpful and arranged taxi driver who picked us from airport and drove to the apartment. The cost was very reasonable... less then UBER. I would recommend this place to anyone

It is in a really conveniant location- especially close to the vatican. Very large, clean place. Especially cool if you like flowers and are there on a Saturday- as the flower market is just across the street. There is a nice grocery store and gelato shop within a block or two. We found that the nightlife at the neighbor hood bars was pretty loud on Friday night. The second bedroom didnt have triple paned windows- so extra lound. We also didnt have ant sheets for the the twin bed. Check in procedure very professional. Please note that there is a €60 cleaning fee- so if a short stay- pretty expensive.
