Made an error in the booking dates for Mar instead of May and tried to make changes. The booking was made 3 weeks before the wrong stay dates and I only discovered the error one week before the wrong dates. However as the booking was made with advanced booking rates, the hotel was unsympathetic and unaccommodating for the changes, forcing me to forfeit the rooms.

This was our favorite property to stay at because of the location. Very large and clean room with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helped us get our door open. Very close to the train station and lots of stores around the area. Also super close to two bus stops. We plan to stay here again next time we visit Rome!

The property is located about 10 minutes from the train and Metro station. The location is quiet and safe. Easy access to transportation from airport. The rooms are on the smaller size, but the A/C worked great, the bathroom was recently updated, adequate storage for luggage, and there are lots of outlets for recharging devices. Would stay here again!

Loved the location, and was a simple enough room to stay and rest in. Room itself was more tired than I expected for a new accomodation option in Rome, definitely provides a budget vibe. However for budget conscious travellers this could be a great option. For two nights this would have been perfect, after four nights we felt we needed a little more comfort and wished we booked elsewhere.
