Precioso apartamento totalmente renovado, dispone de todas las comodidades y està ubicado en el corazón de uno del los barrios más queridos por los romanos y turistas, el barrio Monti. El apartamento se encuentra en el primer piso de un antiguo edificio con ascensor. Consta de dos habitaciones dobles y la posibilidad de añadir una cama supletoria, cocina totalmente equipada (horno, nevera, microondas, lavavajillas), una sala de estar con mesas, sillas, un sofá y TV (con posibilidad de añadir una cama supletoria), cuarto de baño con ducha, terraza, conexión Wi-Fi, aire acondicionado y maravillosas vistas de la plaza de San Martino ai Monti. Desde las ventanas se pueden admirar dos torres medievales, la torre Dei Capocci e la Dei Graziani y el ábside de la Basilica del los Santos Silvestro e Martino. A lo lejos se pueden ver los carros encima del Altare della Patria.

Espectacular!

Sinceramente el departamento superó nuestras expectativas. Por empezar la teniamos a Martina siempre atenta a nuestras consultas. Además el departamento impecable, limpio y perfectamente equipado. Hasta con juegos y vajilla para mi hijo de dos años! Que mi hijo lo llamara su "casa en Roma" y verlo tan feliz fue lejos lo más maravilloso. La ubicación es perfecta. Hay varios supermercados muy cerca y sobre Via Merulana se encuentran pizzerias, heladerías, cafes...de todo para vivir Roma. Y a distancia de a pie muy cerca está el Coliseo y luego todas las mayores atracciones turisticas de la ciudad. Y si no hay ganas de caminar a 500 metros está el metro. Otro agradecimiento a Martina que nos esperó con unas cervezas frias y pizza. Eso tiene un gran valor cuando uno llega cansado despues de horas de viaje. Sin dudas vamos a volver. Una estadía simplemente perfecta. Gracias por todo!

This was truly an excellent and amazing place for us. I traveled with my husband and young toddler, and it had everything we needed! It was a great base away from the hustle and bustle of Rome and not too far from many iconic places- we were able to walk to all of them. The location is peaceful and close by to excellent food (including pizza, pasta, shawarma, Chinese food- excellent options for all different cravings you might have). Also walking distance from a couple of great supermarkets and coffee!The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and overall excellent!! Martina provided wonderful guides, the apartment was stacked with books and so much more. HIGHLY recommend!!!

First trip to Rome

The owners were wonderful, the directions and description was perfect, but they went above and beyond in their communication and even left a book with wonderful advice for navigating Rome and even how to eat as a Roman. We took their advice and ate at several of the restaurants they recommended! The location was great, close to Roma Termini and about a 15 min walk to the coliseum or forum. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for the three of us. It has a cute outdoor terrace. Also has a washing machine which we used several times. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Martina’s apartment was excellent. Location is within a great neighborhood away from the touristy areas. Quiet at night and safe. The inside was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 (kids are 18 & 22). We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were taking in what Rome had to offer. We had a lot of good food from the suggested places. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Glad we had air conditioning too since it was 88F/31C during our stay. If you are looking for a comfy place to call home while in Rome that is outside the crowded areas, yet close enough to lively attractions and places, this is a good choice.

Quick stay in Rome

Stayed here for 2 nights with 3 adults and 1 teenager. The apartment had plenty of room for all of us with a nice outdoor, covered seating area. Easy location to access attractions in the city from. Host that checked us in was friendly and helpful in answering questions during the stay.

Wish we had booked two nights

We have been to Rome a few times before and opted for a shorter stay this time on our way to Amalfi Coast. But I wish we had stayed one more night. The beds were comfy and there is a washing machine which was handy being halfway through our holiday.The location is great for a walking tour of the sights. We found an overnight parking garage just a block away which was super handy. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Apartment

My family and I booked this apartment to stay in for our flight out of Rome the next day. Apartment was in a residential neighborhood with a nice bakery, gelato place and restaurants nearby. It seemed like a neighborhood out of the main touristy areas and there were lots of locals around. The hosts were very attentive and there was a lot of resources for us to enjoy our stay. Would recommend!

One night in Rome

We stayed here for our last night in Rome before flying home. It was centrally located for sightseeing and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable but tight for 5 adults, although fine for us staying only one night. During our trip, it was difficult for us to communicate with our host because of our spotty data and Wi-Fi service. This also caused difficulty with check-in due to the City Tax and passport photo requirements. The host allowed us to check in at the site by using VRBO chat for passport photos and paying with cash. The host made many efforts to reach us and allowed us to enter before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated!

Adorable apartment with great location!

We enjoyed our stay here. Martina was a GREAT host! She allowed us to check in early and was very accommodating. The apartment was very roomy and spotlessly clean. It was also centrally located to many places of interest. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave early to get back home due to a hurricane coming to our home town in Florida.

One Night Stay

We just needed a place to stay for one night prior to flying out of Rome. The location is a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by lots of eateries. The host is very responsive to text messages. I would definitely on with this host again.

Lovely place to stay in Monti

This beautiful two bedroom apartment in the heart of Monti was very clean and Martina supplied all the amenities like shampoo, laundry soap and dish washer soap. There are lots of little restaurants very close by and a market literally across the door for anything you may need to pick up in a day. They even have fresh fruit every morning. The check in process was also very easy and Martina is extremely responsive. The apartment is walking distance to the train and metro stations, as well as major attractions like the Coliseum. The only small negative is that it's right above a disco and there are a few bars on the street, and it can get quite loud when the bars let out, and you can hear the base from the disco when the music gets going around 10:00 PM. Ear plugs helped, but if you are a light sleeper, it might not be the best for you. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Great location, good size, everything you need

We were in Rome for 2 nights and found this place to stay. It was a perfect spot to enjoy a local neighborhood. It had all the amenities we needed. Communication with Martina was easy and she also helped coordinate a driver to pick us up at the airport which was a big time saver because the taxi lines are long. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Perfect Spot!

We stayed in Martina’s apartment in Monti for 5 days following our cruise. We visited Rome 2 yrs ago and wanted to return to spend more time, so we knew the exact area where we wanted as a home base. This apartment was perfect as we did most of our touring on foot, & it’s close to most major sites. It’s also a short walk to the Roma Termini station which was terrific as we did a day trip to Pompei & being near to the train station was ideal. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in photos, perhaps even better. It is very well laid out & spacious for our family with two young adult boys. My oldest loved sitting in the outdoor area each night to relax after our return from long days of touring. The apartment is very clean, well stocked, air conditioned and we found the beds very comfortable too. Communication with Martina was excellent from the moment of booking and through our stay. She even messaged us after our arrival to ensure everything was good. She has very detailed binders outlining anything/everything you might need to know during your stay, even restaurant recommendations. We were thrilled to have an fabulous restaurant just a few doors down where we ate a few times and a sandwich/pastry/pizza shop on the street too. Literally outside the door is a mini market that has fresh fruits/vegetables daily plus other little things you might need. We did do groceries upon arrival at a larger grocery store nearby. This is a perfect apartment for your stay in Rome.

Very close to Colosseum and train station. Space was well laid out. Room big enough for family of 4. Washing machine was a bonus. Great food and drinks right outside of accommodations. Only negative was the restaurant/disco adjacent to accommodations. Can get a bit loud - hard to sleep but ear plugs would work.
