Wonderful quiet, comfortable and well-appointed guest inn just minutes from Leonardo daVinci airport yet in a very quiet neighborhood. A short walk across the Tiber are many restaurants and Seconda Riva was excellent. Hosts made sure I was comfortable and got my bearings. Definitely would stay here again.

Extremely pleasant staff with fresh and extremely clean room with all the expected necessities. Hard to comment on surrounding area as we arrived at night and left early morning. Very convenient for FCO.

Amazing hosts! Our rooms were in a separate building connected by a lovely sitting area for eating snacks or meals. The rooms were well appointed, exceptionally clean, and spacious. Just down the street is the historic part of Fumicino, with the Tiber River and multiple places to eat at. A 20 minute bus ride to the airport. If riding by taxi, get the hosts to order you one because the regular ones may overcharge. Would stay here again!!

Albis Guest House surpassed all expectations. Our room was immaculate and so many touches they put in the room were so well thought out. The owners were so warm and friendly they made you feel at home. They arranged for a car to the airport at 6 am and gave us a bag full of snacks as we were getting in the car (AT 6 AM). I highly reccomend Albis Guest House!

Host and hostess were very accommodating and considerate to our needs. Very short but comfortable stay. Next morning they called a cab for us and had a goodie bag for us for our flight. Was very pricey for the short stay that we had, but worth a place to sleep.

I needed a plave close to FCO but didnt wamt to be in Rome as I was burnt out from all the peolle. This place was perfect! The couple hosting are so dearing and accommodating. They helped me mail a package, the room had so many litte touches including a luggage scale. The Mister even met me at 6am just to help me with my luggage! They even aent me on my way with a wonderful care package with snacks and juice for the long travel day

Best stay I’ve had in Italy. The staff was impeccable and thoughtful. Gave me an upgrade on the bed at no charge. There were sodas and snacks and coffee and tea. Roberta and Edmond coached me on what time I should leave for the airport to make my flight the next day. I had to leave at 5:30am and meeting me at the gate was Edmond with a generous bag of gourmet snacks. It was fantastic and far better than anything Delta had to offer. The setup is well thought out with two rooms sharing a nice sitting room. I was given a map of Fuimincino and it really is a beautiful little port on the Tiber river. Next time I’ll go for a few days and I will stay at the Albis Guest Houses.

We stayed here for a 2nd time at the end of our Italy trip. Everything was perfect! Staff were so wonderful and helped arrange a taxi for us at 4:30AM. I highly recommend staying here if you need a comfortable place to stay by the airport.

Our stay here was quick and easy after landing in Rome late and needing a convenient place for the night. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The accommodations are quiet, safe, and very clean! It was walkable to restaurants so we were able to get a nice dinner. They provide many thoughtful amenities including treats for the road! Can’t wait to return again before we fly out!

Very understated from the street but after parking and walking through the gate it opens up to a darling courtyard and a welcoming owner. There were lots of extra touches in the room and complimentary snacks in the refrigerator. It also just a short walk along the river and across the bridge to a historic little town and fishing village with great seafood. I will definitely stay here again for a overnight stay near the Rome international airport

Roberta and Armando were excellent hosts! From the moment we arrived until our departure, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Roberta even prepared a to-go bag of snacks for our travel day. She also supplied the room with items travelers often need, such as a phone charger, a mini sewing kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc. And Armando gave us thorough directions for dinner options. You can tell they both love what they do and want guests to have a positive experience!

I cannot say enough nice things about this property and the proprietors! Armando and Roberta were so incredibly welcoming that we felt like we were staying with family. It was raining when we arrived, and they met us at the car with umbrellas and to help with our luggage. They got us settled in nicely, gave us suggestions for dinner and even proactively arranged our transportation to the airport the next morning. And then they were there early the next morning, again with umbrellas and helping with our luggage. The property was nicely updated, quiet and exceptionally clean. Easy walking distance to a nice little town with several dining and gelato options along the river.
