Lovely place- but drive a truck or jeep!

This place really is lovely. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel like this host gave us all the information that she could have, ahead of time. The property is very quiet and, in a pretty secluded area…definitely worth the visit, if you know ahead of time that once you get there- stay.. bring any groceries you’d want in with you- there is nothing very close by. At minimum it’s a thirty minute drive to anywhere to eat, or get beverages/snacks. The road into the property isn’t paved. It’s a little more like off-roading. So drive a vehicle that can withstand that kind of terrain. We weren’t warned of that. The weather came pretty bad, and the unpaved road in became flooded. Out of fear of getting stuck there, we were forced to cut our stay short because the forecast was not improving. The owner of the property is obviously used to this happening, and didn’t seem very sympathetic to our concerns about feeling like we could potentially get stuck there. She insisted that we didn’t have to rush to leave the next day and could “wait out,” the road clearing or draining out, eventually. We weren’t comfortable with that, at all. I have asked so politely for her to work with me, in terms of what a fair resolution would be- and have only been offered another “weekday” stay. I spent a lot of money on a short Valentine’s Day retreat, that was cut shorter- and am disappointed. The worst part is that we could have driven a truck in to begin with, had it been suggested to us. Not thrilled.

Perfect get away for couple

We wanted a quiet place just for ourselves, it is definitely in the country and no phone signal (perfect excuse if you don't want to bother), but there is wifi (no problems with connection or streaming service). Spa service to the location is wonderful, I loved the massage and facial. The brunch was also excellent. Communication with the host was excellent as well.

This place was awesome!!

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon. The scenery is breathtaking. It was so nice to be able to relax in such a beautiful place. The hosts were very communicative and quick to reply to any questions. We got the charcuterie board and brunch, which both were amazing. Recommend staying here! And we look forward to staying here again one day.

Perfect Getaway location.

I understand how they have so many perfect ratings now. They place was stocked with everything. For example, I forgot to bring my fav coffee creamer. No prob they had 3 different options already stocked. It was so calm and quiet. You couldnt hear any people, car, or plane flying by. There were thousands of stars overhead and thousands of lightnight bugs in the trees that made it really magical looking at night. Book the massage! Also only a little over an hour out of nashville so it was the perfect weekend trip.

Absolutely BEST RELAXING PLACE

It is amazingly peaceful and quiet. If you're looking to get away, connect with nature, relax and enjoy your company, this is it. The host is outstanding, communicative, and attentive. They sincerely want you to enjoy your stay. Great fishing spots nearby (within 15min drive). Plenty of exciting places to try if you love the outdoors. Inside the cabin, the jacuzzi tub and showers are awesome. It includes your choice of a regular show and a rainfall shower. The fireplaces are warm. Coffee is available in the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the massage and the breakfast they served. It is our new favorite spot and we will definitely be coming back here!!!

Sooooo relaxing!!!

The massage is a must try!! My wife slept like a baby for 2 1/2 hours after. Loved the goats. The property owner was so attentive and nice. Awesome experience.
