Convenient but Mixed Experience: My son and I stayed at All Towne Suites while attending my younger son's Army National Guard family day and graduation. The location was very convenient—only about 20 minutes from the base—and the hotel was clean, quiet, and overall pleasant. When I arrived early (around 12:30 PM), I asked about early check-in since the standard time was 3 PM. I was told there would be an early check-in fee so I chose to wait. The receptionist said he might be able to check me in between 2:30 and 2:45pm. However it was frustrating to see another guest walk in around 2:30 and get checked in right away, even though I had been waiting nearly two hours. When I finally checked in the first room smelled strongly of smoke. Thankfully the receptionist was understanding and quickly moved me to another room which was much better. Although the hotel met our needs and had a great location the customer service experience left me unsure if I would return. Still it served its purpose for our short stay.

Wow!!! This was one of the cleanest hotels that we have stayed at. Friendly staff and very quiet. Didn’t need the kitchenette but having a full size refrigerator was helpful. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.

Staff very friendly. Nice to have a kitchenette in room so when you don't feel like eating out you could fix something in room. Everything available that you needed. Enjoyed our stay.

We got in early and was able to check in. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The property is a bit old, but it was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.
