I left my medications accidentally in the hotel and the staff waited two days to send it back to me. They were urgent medicines. Then when they did overnight the medicines. They used 134 dollars of my money to send it to me. This hotel is only three hours away. That is extremely expensive. I also felt poor air quality in that hotel about two o clock in the morning.

My mom, kids and I stayed here for my husbands graduation from the Army and it was a great stay! One of the housekeepers, even though there was a language barrier, she was extremly helpful and did her absolute best to get what we needed despite us speaking different languages! And the front desk clerk was helpful too, very nice and checked on us just about everyday to make sure we had everything we needed! My kids are babies so I did request 2 cribs, but they unfortunately only had 1, and they didn't communicate that until we arrived. That was the only issue, but we made it work and our stay was great!

Property reminds me of a thrifting area. Inside the main office/lobby as well, extremely outdated and not very welcoming. The communication was awful for me. I respectfully couldn't understand anything and nothing was explained in detail to me in return caused a issue in the booking that they wanted me to pay for. Im not in the market to pay for someone else's mistakes. The room was ok. Extremely outdated and could use some fresh paint. There was hair everywhere and spills on the bedside tables. The tv didnt work the first night. The cable isn't great at all. Trying to check in you normally park up front by the door, i was asked to move ...um yes, i sure will after i check in. The smell inside was off putting. The back door didnt close and lock on its own and was basically open the entity of my stay. Seems unsafe and a dilapidated camper in the back was definitely an eyesore. There was a crack/hole in the bathtub and while taking a shower the rub itself rocked back n forth. The toilet was extremely loose as well. It rocked. All in all was an ok experience, nothing special at all
