Although we were just a short walk from the beach, the place was a disappointment. When we got there it was obvious the floor had not been swept or mopped; there were balls of pet hair in the corners and under tables, dirt and sand on all the floors. We were told that the cleaning crew would not be able to come so I asked if they could at least provide a cleaning solution and I would clean the floor myself. Next, the air conditioning was not working, the maintenance man had to bring in window units. In addition to those issues, we could not get the television to work and then the hot tub would not heat up. The hot tub was not fixed until our 4th day there. This meant that maintenance workers were there almost everyday, not the private and relaxing vacation we had hoped for. We ended up leaving a day early and were offered no compensation.
