Bayfront Condominiums at Kontiki Beach are located on Aransas Bay where visitors have access to an 800-foot fishing pier located to the north of the property. It is available for your fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the 600 building and the boat ramp which is used by Bayfront, Beach Resort, Fulton Beach Landing, and Sea Shell Shore tenants and visitors. There are fish cutting stations on the piers, and barbecue grills for outdoor cooking. This two-story condo will accommodate seven people. The master bedroom upstairs features a king bed and a twin-sized pull-out sleeper. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a twin-sized pull-out sleeper. The connecting bathroom features a vanity/toilet on each side with bathtub in the middle allowing for privacy in each area. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and the accompanying bathroom features a tub. The kitchen is fully furnished with full size appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway. The living and dining area are connected, but spacious.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a coffee maker.
