We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at the Terrapin Hideaway Pond Slider. The perfect place to unwind in a private and tranquil setting listening to the surrounding babbling brook and waterfall. This is a small cabin perfect for 2 for a small get away. The landscaping is beautiful and you can't look out a window without seeing tranquil beauty. The owners are very quick to respond to answer questions and help with your needs. The patio umbrella was broken upon arrival and they replaced it the next morning. The cabin is very clean and provides everything you need. We enjoyed out stay.

Sunny summer weekend getaway

The property is private, serene and peaceful. We booked the cabin for 3 nights for two adults and our dog. The cabin is all windows (360 degrees) which gives you beautiful views of nature and serenity. Even with wall to wall windows, the cabin offers blackout drapes for easy sleeping and privacy when needed. The cabin is one of three on the property, but the only one with deck access to the large, stocked pond. The cabin is perfect for a couple and a pet. It truly is a studio with modern features and accommodations that is tailored for a couple's retreat. The hosts have decorated the property very tastefully, and even provide a small amount of fish food, so guests can feed the fish in the pond on their visit...great touch!
