Beautiful new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house a few minute walk from the beach and shops/restaurants in downtown Rockaway Beach.
Patio with BBQ and outdoor seating for those nice days. Plenty of off-street parking.
The house is dog-friendly for dogs that are house friendly. Maximum 2 pups for a single pet fee for the stay.
The open-concept floor plan downstairs features lots of comfortable seating, well stocked kitchen, TV with cable TV, eat-in bar, dining room table that seats six, a kitchen that has everything you will need, and a 1/2 bath as well as slider to the patio.
The garage has a ping-pong table for your entertainment.
Upstairs boasts three bedrooms and 2 baths, one bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and optional roll-out cot, and a master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private bath. All bedrooms have a TV with cable TV and mini-split for their own climate control. Laundry is also on the second floor.
