Pros: - Room is a spacious, 2-room suite with separate living room/kitchen and bedroom - Room was very clean including behind the furniture, around the edges and under the bed - Comfortable bed with firm mattress and pillows for a good night's sleep - Full kitchen with sink, microwave and refrigerator. - Good Location - The Airport and main drag Williamson Rd. are nearby for places to eat. - 2-HDTV's with full selection of cable TV channels and good picture quality - Bathroom had a shelf unit mounted on the wall for toiletries - Onsite coin operated washer and dryer - Window opened with screen, so did not have to rely on the A/C for fresh air - Good water pressure on both sinks and good quality tap water - Iron and ironing board in the room. - Manager Josh was very friendly and accommodating. Cons: - This is not a hotel, hence the office is not staffed 24 hours or on weekends. You need to contact the manager by phone.

The hotel itself and the manager, Joshua, were good. The accommodations were a bit lacking. There were not really enough utensils in the kitchen, but we got along ok. The main issue was that the "queen" sized bed seemed like more of an oversized double or full sized NOT queen.

It was easy to make a reservation, the property and room were clean and well-maintained and Joshua, the manager, was so sweet and friendly. Enjoyed the stay at the Florist Rd location. Very comfortable and homey like a small apartment. Fully furnished and up to date. Highly recommended for people needing a place to stay for a week or more. Will return when staying in Roanoke, VA. The manager, I don’t remember his name but he was phenomenal!

Excellent place to stay in Roanoke! Don't let the pricing fool you. It's a really nice place to stay, especially for the price. You get a fully functional kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom. The place is well kept and clean, and the service is exceptional! Give this local business a chance.

The manager in the office was very nice and professional! Super quiet, really nice room it's a full 1 BR apartment just great! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if visiting the area: Bathroom was really new and everything detail was so nice and the gazebo was a nice added perk, flowers every where, manager makes it feel like home!
