Get what you pay for. Although Nice staff. They asked if I preferred a certain floor. I just asked that we not be around barking dogs since that’s what I had read in reviews. We were given the 4th floor. Once entering the elevator immediately smelled dogs. Once we got to the 4th floor all you can smell is cooked oil lingering in the hall. The room was just ok, very thin walls. Still had ketchup left over on the desk that didn’t get clean correctly.. the bed was awful made lots of noise in every movement, and the frame slide. I woke up and I had dog hair all over my pajamas. Definitely not a place to stay just for a night seems more like a week to week kind of thing.

I mean I was hopeful for the amount of money we were paying for this hotel to be the one and it was until the district manager Cynthia started sleeping with my boyfriend. Bad experience

The district manager for multiple hotels Cynthia might sleep with your boyfriend too so I wouldn’t suggest going to any hotel in the area!

Noise control needed.

Beds were uncomfortable and metal frame kept squeezing when I tossed and turned as I could not sleep due to the loud noise coming from the room directly above us. I called the front desk to complain and was told that they would take care of it. Unfortunately this was not the case. The noise continued until 4am. I had to get up at 6am. The room itself was clean and the staff were very polite. I had no sleep which ruined my next day for an event I was attending. This is why i gave a poor review.

This property was under construction. I am a single mom who stayed one night with my boys. The walls are thin the bed slid all over the place and was noisy. And then, to top it all off, their computers went down and they couldn’t remember Which rooms they had booked. Two times that evening strangers came directly into our room because the front desk gave them keys. Maybe the first time I could understand the mixup… But no note was made, and they sent another new guest into our room while my young kid was in the shower. All I got was a casual apology. There’s nothing they could do and they would tell their manager the next day. They offered nothing in recompense for the stress and anxiety my kids and I face that evening wondering if we were safe or not.

My check-in was a little wobbly of an experience because he was training and there were some things misunderstood but other than that my experience and stay there was wonderful the staff is great
