We made a reservation for a night, and when we're there, the room was for smoking. There wasn't any option to choose between smoking or non smoking, and we don't know what system expedia has, but the hotel told us they couldn't change the room because of the reservation of expedia. The room was full of smell of cigarettes, y during the night we couldn't sleep well because of the smell. Too bad😭

Overall nice, had minor issues. Had to have my keys reprogrammed 7 times in 4 days, each was told they would program it for the entirety of my stay. Coffee station had old coffee, hot water was never hot. Only two handicap spaces, so i had to walk way farther than i shpuld. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Was here for funeral so the minor inconveniences were frustrating as they kept happening.

We had a Jacuzzi room -which is on the first floor of course. The room was very large spacious and nicely laid out. Everything was clean and either new or recently upgraded. The staff were extremely helpful and everybody was very nice

Needed power for a night

My family needed a room for the night due to power outages from the wind and fires in So Cal. Our reservation was last minute and I mistakenly booked a smoking room, with a 2 1/2 month old baby. The hotel staff and manager were very accommodating and switched our room without issue. It ended up being a nice break from the stress.
