Everything from was amazing. The Breakfast was the most amazing part of the stay, clean fresh food with on hand staff member refilling and attending to everyone’s needs.

The young woman assisting with check-in did an excellent job deal dealing with a big problem regarding a military payment. There was no one available for her to go to, and there was no other staff helping her with her breaks and lunch, etc. Someone had called in sick and this meant a 20 to 30 minute check-in for two people. They need to have another person there for safety and situations like this and if someone calls in sick, they need to have someone available to fill-in. This is ridiculous that she was left alone. She did a great job, but it was wrong that she had no assistance whatsoever. There was only one couple in front of me and I probably waited over 20 minutes to be checked in. However, I do admire woman for doing a great job under difficult circumstances

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement We had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed—definitely a relaxing space to unwind. Parking was decent, with enough availability, though nothing particularly standout. One challenge we encountered was getting to our room. The hotel could really benefit from an additional elevator, especially during busy hours when wait times were longer than expected. We didn’t try the morning breakfast, but it looked like the standard Hampton spread—convenient for those on the go. One feature I wish they offered was the ability to check out via the TV, which would have made departure even smoother. Overall, a solid stay with a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better.
