Welcome to Cloudland Summit!

A beautiful modern home located in Rising Fawn, GA on Lookout Mtn. This 4 bed/3 bath home boasts a functional layout perfect for family and friends and will comfortably sleep 11 guests. This home is dog-friendly (no added dog fee!) and resides on a gorgeous 1.5 acre property which is located just 2 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State Park and 30 minutes from downtown Chatt, the Aquarium, Rock City, & Ruby Falls. Enjoy the outdoor amenities! A hot tub, hammock, grill, patio seating and more!

Our Favorite Things About This Home:
Cloudland Summit is a beautiful home with many updated features, cozy bedrooms, and a spacious living area. We love the master bathroom’s large walk-in closet and sleek bathroom that features a double vanity, soaking bathtub, and tiled standing shower. The living room and kitchen provide an open floor plan to maximize time spent with your loved ones as well as lots of different card games and boards to play! It has a huge sectional sofa and plenty of additional seating with a giant flat screen smart TV.  The outdoor back patio is a highly desirable feature of the home as it contains a hot tub, outdoor seating, propane grill, and a swinging hammock!

Home Layout:
As you enter Cloudland Summit through the front door, to your immediate right are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen and twin bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. As you continue into the home, you are greeted with an open-concept living room, fully stocked kitchen, and dining table. Off of the kitchen is a spacious laundry room with access to the garage. Off the living room are double-glass doors that open to the pack porch. The porch includes outdoor seating, a grill, and a hot tub. Also off of the living room is the large master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, a huge and gorgeous master bathroom with an updated double vanity, soaking bathtub, and a tiled shower. There is also a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. As you head up the stairs, there is one bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds, a smart TV and one full bathroom attached to it.

Things To Know About This Property:
- This property is dog friendly – 2 dogs max.
- Enough parking for 5 vehicles.
- No Cable TV, but every TV is a smart TV.
- Grill with propane tank provided Kitchen appliances include fridge, microwave, stove range, oven, and dishwasher Keurig is available for use for single-serve or whole pot of coffee.
- We provide medium-roast grounds during your stay.
- Washer & Dryer available with detergent provided

HOT TUBS:  Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it’s some thing that we take very seriously in between guest reservations.  If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us. You will need to bring your own hot tub towels if you plan on using the hot tub!Weather and Outages!  Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

Great Proximity to Cloudland Canyon State Park

Overall good experience. Our visit preceeded the flooring being repaired/replaced so we had to use some caution. Nice and close to the state park. Hot tub was inviting.

It was a great location to the Cloudland Canyon Park and a great place for a large group. We had lots of good mornings cooking breakfast and evenings spent enjoying the couch and hot tub.

The house was nice, very accommodating for the amount of people we had. The kitchen could have used more bowls. The reason I left 3 stars on the cleanliness because there were stained towels, The Grill was not clean when we arrived. There were dirty silverware in the drawer. The table was sticky. We found a Scorpion (which I have pictures) in the pack and play. and bugs in the closet of the middle bedroom. the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub even though it was 95 degrees outside!

Nice home, space for the family

Home was as advertised. It was roomy and fairly new. High end features you would expect in a newer home. Nice master suite/bath/shower. Furnishings were typical of a rental home. Great privacy and amenities at the home, however, home is in a pretty rural area. Stores and restaurants are 10 minutes down the mountain. Typical Chattanooga activities were all about 30 minutes away. Hot tub was a nice touch. Communication pre & post checkout was great.

Beautiful House in Wonderful Location

Great comfortable house right next to Cloudland Canyon

We stayed in this house prior to a race at Cloudland Canyon and it could not have been more convenient to the state park. The house is relatively new, very clean, and has comfortable furniture and excellent amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends getaway

A perfect place for our group of friends. The open space with kitchen, large table and comfy den seating was great for our group of 5. The outdoor space was ample with the table, hot tub and outdoor seating. The beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and we had a quick response for a minor question. Very close to Cloudland Canyon State Park for exploring and an excellent restaurant, Canyon Grill, is a must.
