Motel owner / operator was friendly, accommodating to checkin and requests. Keyless entry was useful Room was clean but outdated, bathroom water faucets were marginal but worked, bed was comfortable Soap/shampoo packets were of mediocre quality Many Restaraunts available in short walking distance, Culver’s was very close. Several family type eateries also close by

Percy was exceptionally accommodating. She has only had this business a little over a year. For being an older hotel it was very comfortable and affordable. It does need to be updated. Convenient location, close to the downtown district. Cute little town in Ripon Wi.

It is a very peaceful and clean hotel and the staff was outstanding! It does not have a very big parking lot and parking was a little tight one night as a vehicle parked over the line and we have a large pickup. Also, the internet is very spotty...I tried unsuccessfully to log on and the staff helped me but I was never able to stay connected as the connection was always bad. Unfortunately this meant the tv also didn't work as it required internet to use the firestick. Room was great though!

I was looking for an inexpensive, convenient, and comfortable place to stay for 2 nights while I was attending a huge volleyball event in nearby Oshkosh. This motel met all my expectations- The room was clean and adequate, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cost was minimal for what the motel provided me with.

The owner was very friendly. There were a few ants in the room. Upon leaving he told us of a leak prior to our stay, which explained the humidity. Wish he had used a dehumidifier to dry it out before our stay.
