Encantadora casa de pescadores con vista al puerto de Riomaggiore, recientemente renovada con gran cuidado en la elección de materiales y acabados, ubicada a pocos pasos de la playa y fácilmente accesible desde la estación de tren.



La casa está en tres niveles y domina el exclusivo pueblo antiguo de la "Marina". Tiene un acceso independiente y los interiores conservan la estructura típica de las antiguas casas de las Cinque Terre. Un mobiliario cuidadosamente elegido está acompañado por una configuración completa de todas las comodidades y equipos. En el segundo nivel, la cocina tiene: nevera, lavadora, lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, horno eléctrico, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, cafetera y tostadora. El salón tiene un sofá cama y acceso a la terraza, que ofrece un espléndido panorama para disfrutar de agradables desayunos, almuerzos o cenas al aire libre. En el tercer nivel, el área de dormir consta de un dormitorio con una cama doble y un pasillo con una cama individual. En el primer nivel, un gran cuarto de baño con piedra vista con una amplia ducha y una encantadora habitación de arco de piedra con un armario a disposición de los huéspedes.



Nuestro amigo Roberto se encargará de la recepción y asistencia. Está disponible para aquellos que lo soliciten con anticipación el servicio de transporte de equipaje desde la estación de tren, desde el estacionamiento o desde el muelle de embarcaciones a un costo de cinco euros por equipaje que se pagará en el lugar durante el check-in.

Terrace beauty.

The town was essential Cinque Terre and Sara's apartment was nicely detailed. Large modern bathroom. Great personal deck. Kitchen has everything we needed. We chose a bad time to stay due to Spring break. We left waterfront to get away from tours and parties. it was quiet and gorgeuos views from just out of town. nice to come home to Sara's apartment

Charming Location on the Marina

Great location next to the marina and the heart of the town. The host left us snacks and drinks upon arrival, which was appreciated. The patio was amazing - we spent a lot of time there talking with drinks - morning and evening. Communication was great. We would definitely recommend if you're staying in Riomaggiore.

Great property with a view

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get to with minimal stairs from the train station. It was really nice having the patio with a view of the sea. The place has a wonderful aesthetic that really suits the property. There are tight stairs up to the bedroom level so we opted to leave our luggage in the front room. Wasn't an issue for us. The washroom is also down stairs. So if you have to get up in the middle of the night there are quite a few steps (2 lvls). The trade off is it is a very large bathroom/shower which was nice to have.

Highlight of our trip to Italy was this gem of an apartment. Recently renovated, stylishly decorated, balcony with view of the water and town. Sara, our host went way out of her way with all the extras with a video to find our way from the train station, dinner reservations nearby the first night, homemade wine and snacks to enjoy, wow!! Riomaggiore is the most beautiful and accessible of the 5 cities and is full of super nice people, great restaurants, shopping and beautiful hikes. We will surely return and highly recommend this location!! My only caution is for those with mobility needs - there’s a lot of steep stairs inside the apartment and outside all over Riomaggiore and all five Cinque Terre cities. I could not have taken my mother for example, though the elderly ladies who live here surely are in amazing shape.

Beautiful!

Sara's place was absolutely beautiful. Riomaggiore is as lovely in person as it is in the pictures. Sara's place was clean and comfortable and she was very responsive to messages and made us feel very welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at her place again.

Charming Chic

Sara’s home is perfect. It is elegant, and chic and cozy. Well equipped with tasteful housewares and appliances. I am a designer, and will forever dream about those ocean waves tiles in the living room/dining room, that lead you out to the balcony that looks out to the sea. Sara had wine (from her family’s vineyard), and snacks waiting for us. Roberto (the Sherpa of Riomaggiore) met us at the train, handled all of our bags and showed around the house. He was amazing. The house is easy to get to, but for the trip in, I highly recommend the very small fee to have Roberto handle your bags. There is some climbing up and down from the train. When you leave, it much easier to get to the train. I went with two girlfriends (we grew up together), and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. #magical

Perfect Stay!

First of all I think some might be turned off by the amount of steps in the unit. It is set up where you walk in to the entry door and can go down a flight to the bathroom, or up a flight to main level. Then a flight of spiral stairs to the bedrooms. To that I say, just give it a chance because you are in the Cinque Terre where you are never really on flat ground so you will be used to many hills and stairs no matter where you go. I say it is part of the charm. Other than that I say this VRBO not only meets all expectations but far exceeds them. It was imacculately clean. The decor is even better than the pictures, and the patio that overlooks the marina is spectacular. You really feel like you are part of the community sitting out there with a nice bottle of wine or a meal. Watching the sunset was perfect. There was a nice VERY good bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us on check-in. Getting to the VRBO was interesting in a good way. Roberto sent us videos of him walking from the train all the way to the front door which was VERY helpful. The cool part about walking there is you walk from the train through a tunnel, then up a slight hill through a walkway between resturaunts outdoor seating, then through a schoolyard/courtyard that overlooks the sea on one side and the city streets on the other. Both provide built-in photo ops! All in all perfect far too short of a stay! Will be back!

Beautiful Property

This is a great place to call home during your stay in the Cinque Terre. We found Riomaggiore (and Vernazza) to be the best places to call home in terms of size and comfort. Our host had a bottle of wine waiting and had booked us amazing dinner reservations at the hard to get Rio Bistrot. It was a little hard to get a time to meet Roberto to get in the place- we could not call him for some reason- the phone was not working but through the host we got it worked out. Make sure you set that up specifically with him in advance of arriving.

We stayed here for four nights in September and absolutely loved it! Big, modern, well-decorated, large balcony with a great view of the harbour and water. Air-conditioning kept the whole place nice and cool. The photos in the listing do not do this place justice! We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place in Riomaggiore

Communicating with Sara from the start was great. Our train was late but she had someone there to greet us and go over her home within minutes. The space is gorgeous. Lots of windows to the let the fresh Mediterranean Sea air in with a patio which easily seats the 4 of us for drinks and card games. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to stay in and cook. We discovered some amazing restaurants within 5 minutes walk . If you have difficulty with stairs, you may have some challenges but I think that goes for anywhere in Cinque Terre. This place will be the top of our list next time we go to Italy. Thank you for everything Sara!

Amazing location in Riomaggiore

Highly recommend this accomodation in beautiful Riomaggiore. Located just off the marina & close to the beach this is one of the easier accessed accomodation from the train. Great for family or friends. Host was fabulous, tastefully decorated & appointed - left us wanting for nothing. Highly recommend .

Lovely home

Sara’s home is perfect! She goes above and beyond with the amenities and little touches. Location is so perfect in Riomaggiore, it was the perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. The pictures do not do this place justice, we stayed at three different locations throughout Italy and this one is our favorite. The home is not too far from the tunnel coming from the train so you don’t have to walk up too many stairs/hills to get there which is nice after a long day traveling/exploring. We were traveling with our two sons and we each had our own space (we were in main bedroom, one son in the loft area outside of our bedroom, and one son slept in the main living area on the pullout couch). It worked out very well for us. Sara was very helpful with communicating with us the day of our arrival and navigating the difficulties I was having calling internationally. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking!

Amazing! Best property and location ever!

Wow! This home is beautiful! The attention to detail and decor is beyond words. The pics are great, but don’t do it full justice. It’s modern and upgraded while also very warm and cozy. Sara thought of everything! She made our stay in beautiful Riomaggiore even more special (who could have thought!) with her thoughtful touches throughout, even providing a yummy welcome basket and delicious wine from her family’s vineyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio with an incredible view and felt right at home in her lovely and authentic space. Yes, there are stairs, but it’s Cinque Terre, so that’s to be expected! Could not have asked for more! Thank you!!

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet, wertig und stilvoll. Die Treppen zwischen Schlafzimmer und Bad (3 teils sehr eng/steil) sind für einige sicher nicht bequem! Trotzdem kann ich das Haus empfehlen und danke Sara für die gute Weinflasche die sie uns hingestellt hatte!
