Casa Nocella is a property divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, and is made up of large outdoor spaces, ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Its strategic position allows you to reach some of the major centers of the island in a few minutes by car, you will be central to three different sides of the island (Portoferraio, Rio Marina and Capoliveri). Bagnaia is a natural context of fundamental importance, the starting point for excursions by boat, sailing boat and snorkeling. Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, the 2022 novelty of our tour operator, offers you a simple and convenient scooter and e-bike rental. We take care of everything, you just have to choose the vehicle that best suits your needs!

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The key collection take place in our office, in Portoferraio.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data.

Nice apartment on the ground floor, consisting of a dining room with a large table and sofa, separate kitchenette and living area with two single beds. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a triple bedroom. Two bathrooms both with shower cubicles. The accommodation is completed by a large equipped outdoor space, where you can eat and relax outdoors.

Important Notes:
- the road to reach the property is unpaved (you can check the route using the gps position of the house: 42.813069, 10.372983)
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
