Verified traveler

While the apartment has a number of definite pluses (location, A/C, access to Metro, price, 24 hour security), I'd rate it 2/5. It is tired, in need of a paint job, with wires hanging out of outlets. Two of the four strikers on the gas range were inoperative. We arrived a day early and stayed in a hotel in Ipanema for a night - same price and far superior.
