This is a perfect house in every way. Clean, conveniently located to beach, downtown and everything (we did not use our vehicle even o ce as we could walk everywhere!)and super comfortable. Friendly neighborhood and great outdoor space. Gladys is a wonderful host!!

Rincon Getaway

Found our new favorite place to stay in Rincon. Beautiful little townhouse in quiet neighborhood. Close to town (great restaurants), town beach (great swimming) and Tres Palmas (great snorkeling). Loved hearing the morning sounds of waves, birds, and neighbors greeting each other through our open windows. Owner provided beach towels, chairs, mats and a wheeled cooler. In the evenings, we enjoyed the classic games and the smart TV. A few issues with appliances, but the listing is new, so I'm sure this will change. Thank you Gladys.
