We absolutely loved our stay! Great location, cleaned, spacious, had everything you need it for a day at the beach. Great communication with hosts. Can’t wait to come back!

Although the location and overall aesthetic of this home were great there were quite a few issues. The weather was fine no reason for outages but the power went out a few times. The dryer took the entire day to dry clothes and the wifi only worked 2/5 days so there was no tv and phones ran off extended network causing us an excessive bill. I contacted the host a few times and her only response was “hopefully it comes back soon”. She advertises beach amenities such as chairs and toys however they were rusted and disintegrating in a broken deck box. The toiletries provided included 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, and 2 garbage bags for a 5 night stay. Its listed as a family friendly home however there were more hazards for children than benefits. The back table and gate were falling apart with rusty nails and jagged edges. There were rat traps on the porch in reach of children with no posted warnings and the furniture was not anchored to the wall causing a nearly fatal crash of a dresser onto my toddler just from opening a draw while empty. I also mentioned this to the host with no response. On the surface it seemed clean but i woke up to a large cockroach on its back in the hallway one morning and saw 2 large city sized rats run under my husband’s chair while sitting on the porch. While the beachfront location of the home make it highly desirable there was many factors of negligence lacking maintenance and basic necessities to make it hospitable

Super easy check in! This is our second time stayin at this property just a different floor. Unit was lovely, clean and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen needs a bit updating and a dishwasher would be a bonus but certainly in working order. Couldn't get a better location!!!!

Way more than we expected!

Words can’t describe what a wonderful stay this was. location was perfect with the Villa being steps away from the beach. Daily walks to restaurants and bars on and off the beach, waterfalls 45min away, Downtown 10min away, Domes Beach is a must, boat/snorkle excursion, plus so much more we explored around the area. We also rented the 3rd floor so our family and friends could stay close but also have their own space. It worked out perfectly! The rooftop was great for morning views and coffee and dinner with everyone. The long car ride to Rincon is well worth it if you are debating that. I would recommend traveling the longer route around to the south. Way less traffic, people, and a prettier view. Thanks for a remarkable stay!

With beautiful ocean views, shady outdoor spaces, and tasteful, cozy beach decor, this home was perfectly suited for our family of five. Convenient location and wonderful beach access means you get to relax and enjoy Puerto Rico at its best. The home was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Another fabulous stay at Sandy Beach. This was our 7th year returning to this property. The unit was spotless, and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The Property Manager was response and helpful, check in and departure was a breeze. Highly recommend!

We stayed two short nights in this incredible property. It was actually more beautiful than advertised. The rooms were beautifully appointed with every amenity we needed. The beach is amazing and right out our back door. There were multiple places to eat both within walking distance and a short drive. The entire country faced blackouts during our stay but this property is equipped with all of the safety features so we had uninterrupted water and electrify. This was a dream. I can’t wait to book again.

Great location with gated parking. Very safe area with walkable restaurants; Tamboo is great. House was well equipped and clean. No issues. Roof top area is a very nice feature to the unit. Host was super helpful

The pictures do not lie!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time! The pictures are accurate. You couldn’t ask for a better location for a beach vacation. We had been given the wrong code for the key box, but were able to get ahold of Jennifer and her team after a couple of calls. I would recommend double checking what the code will be during your stay so you don’t run into this problem. Other than that one minor issue, this vacation rates at the top! I would 100% book this villa again!

My favorite place I've stayed

This might be my most favorite vacation home we've stayed in. It's absolutely beautiful. You walk right from your patio onto the beach. While we were there, there weren't many people on the beach. It almost felt like our own private beach. The interior was just the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. There is also a roof top deck but since we were on the ground level and had a patio overlooking the water right there, we didn't really use the roof top. I was not ready to leave!
