This old Comminges stone farmhouse, completely renovated, is located in a small village overlooking the valley and facing the Pyrenees. Outside, a terrace allows you to enjoy your meals in fine weather while enjoying the view. Unfenced garden and parking area. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace (2 sofas, armchair, poufs, TV) and separate kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200cm), small shower room/WC, pantry/laundry room. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90x200cm) opening onto a balcony-gallery with a view of the mountains, bathroom (corner bathtub and double sink), separate WC. Gas central heating + wood stove. 4 bedrooms with twin beds. Mountain bikes available. Pets not allowed. Rates for 1 to 6 people: 2 accessible rooms (closed bedroom upstairs). Prices for 7 to 8 people: the entire gîte for you! Reservations from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday (ask the owner if you wish to arrive on another day) and for weekends outside school holidays (Friday to Sunday).
