Ried is dreamily on the outskirts of the village of Riedering and only a stone's throw away from the beautiful Rosenheim. The region with its clear lakes, the castles, the imposing alpine chain as well as the many cultural, sport and leisure opportunities is one of the most beautiful in Bavaria.
From our attic loft you can see as far as the eye can see into the green. It is new, modern and designed with great attention to detail. We are happy to accommodate two to four people in two queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm). The light-flooded loft (large skylights with shading options; large glass door to the balcony) is divided by the well-equipped kitchen unit and a room divider into the living room with TV, bedroom and kitchen / dining room. In a closed bathroom area you can enjoy a bathtub with a view of the sky. In summer you can enjoy breakfast on your own balcony. New: In the carport, your “Semmel-Radl” is waiting for its use for the morning baker tour (1km on the bike path to Riedering). Sun loungers and parasols are available in your private garden. A feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed in the Chiemgau loft.

Urlaub im Chiemgau

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemüht die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Man fühlt such sofort willkommen auch durch Annehmlichkeiten wie Willkommenskuchen, Sekt, herrliche Badutensilien und die schöne Einrichtung. Vielen Dank dafür. Uns war es allerdings trotz Beschattung und Ventilator sehr warm unterm Dach. Leider ist der Simssee nicht in Laufentfernung und ein Auto dringend zu empfehlen. 50 min zu Fuß und auch ein Großteil des Weges an der Straße. Das hatten wir uns näher vorgestellt. Die Badebucht Ecking ist sehr schön und nicht überfüllt. Die Strandumkleide mit Sonnencreme , Liege und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Super! Auch das Restaurant ist zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit! Liebe Grüße

Sehr schönes Loft, in dem es an Nichts fehlt

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne im Chiemgau Loft. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie sie im Internet dargestellt wird. Es fehlt an Nichts - alles ist vorhanden! So eine schöne und behaglich eingerichtete Wohnung habe ich bisher selten vorgefunden. Sogar ein Kuchen stand zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch; nebst liebevoll gebasteltem "Betthupferl" auf den Betten. Zeitschriften, Bücher, Spiele und jede Menge Informationsbroschüren haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Erlebnis werden lassen. Das Loft ist gut gelegen im Alpenland Chiemsee. Man hat in kurzer Zeit viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten erreicht. Sehr gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft, schöne Gegend

Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub im hellen, freundlichen, sauberen und modernen Chiemgau-Loft super gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist so, wie im Inserat beschrieben, es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und aufmerksam - DANKESCHÖN. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in der Gegend sehr gut geeignet (wir hatten unsere E-Bikes mit). Es gibt mehrere nette Gasthöfe rundrum, wenn man mal nicht kochen mag, eine nette Abwechslung. Auch bei Regenwetter war es in der Wohnung sehr hell, freundlich und gemütlich, was uns überaus gut gefallen hat, so dass wir auch diese Tage sehr genießen konnten.

Die Unterkunft war ausreichend groß. Auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Das Highlight war die Schaukel. Vom Balkon konnte man die Kampenwand sehen. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Badezusatz und sogar Toilettenpapier waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin hatte uns einen kleinen Kuchen hingestellt, der super lecker geschmeckt hat. Dafür und auch für die freundliche Beratung zu Ausflugszielen und die angebotene "Rundum"betreuung ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön. Wir haben uns rundrum Wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Loft

Komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sehr stylisch eingerichtet, mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es von der netten Gastgeberin einen leckeren Willkommenskuchen. Das besondere Highlight war die Schaukel mitten im Loft.

Eine kleine Oase zum Urlaub machen

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in schöner Lage, perfekt zum Baden im See, Shoppen in der City und die schöne Landschaft Bayerns zu genießen. Hier fehlt es an gar nichts!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schon super. Ein paar Tage vor der Anreise bekamen wir einen detaillierten Plan zum Checkin und auch eine Frage am Anreisetag wurde sofort und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Es erwartete uns ein für das Loft ausgeschilderten Parkplatz in einem großen Carport und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über einen Schlüsselsafe neben der Haustüre. Unsere Ebikes durften wir direkt am Haus unterstellen. Die Wohnung selbst ist exakt so, wie die Bilder es versprochen hatten und wir wurden mit einem kleinen Kuchen und Rotwein willkommen geheißen. Der Schlafbereich mit seinem sehr bequemen und angenehm hohen Bett ist optisch durch eine Regalwand vom Wohnbereich abgeteilt, wo neben dem Sofa auch eine gemütliche Liege zum Fernsehschauen einlädt. Die Küchenzeile bietet von der Kaffeemaschine inkl. Pads über Toaster, einen kleinen Backofen bis zum Eierkocher alles, was man für ein Frühstück an Geräten benötigt, aber auch zum Kochen für ein gemütliches Abendessen ist absolut alles vorhanden. Nach dem Essen abspülen? Fehlanzeige, es gibt nämlich sogar einen Geschirrspüler... Die Schaukel mitten im Raum ist natürlich ein Hingucker und wider Erwarten sind wir auch nachts nicht darüber gefallen :-D Besonders praktisch sind die großen Dachfenster, die sich mittels Fernbedienung neben der Eingangstüre einzeln oder auch alle öffnen und auch Beschattung lassen. Der Clou dabei ist, dass sie sich bei Regen von selbst schließen. Somit kann man auch ohne Sorge durchlüften, wenn man die Wohnung verlässt und durch die Rollos heizt sich der Raum auch nicht so sehr auf, wie man es bei einer Dachgeschosswohnung vermuten würde. Das Bad ist ebenfalls modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, auch hier findet man neben einer großen Zahl von Handtüchern einiges an Accessoires des täglichen Bedarfs. Ein eigener Teil im Garten wurde von uns aus Zeitmangel nicht genutzt, aber vom Balkon aus sah es dort sehr gemütlich und gepflegt aus. Highlight des Gartens waren absolut die Laufenten des Nachbarn mit ihren Jungtieren, welche durch ein offenes Zaunelement herüberkommen und sich an Schnecken und sonstigem Getier gütlich tun. Nicht zuletzt seien die Gastgeber Anette und Martin erwähnt, die freundlich und zuvorkommend auch mal für einen kleinen Ratsch zu haben waren. Alles in allem haben wir die Tage hier sehr genossen und empfehlen das Loft, welches im übrigen optimal und ruhig zwischen Rosenheim und dem Chiemsee liegt, sehr gerne weiter.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung -- nichts für große Leute

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattet ist. Der Service, die Kommunikation etc. mit den Gastgebern waren perfekt. Aufgrund der Lage unterm Dach mit regionaltypisch nicht sehr steilen Dächern hat die Wohnung Dachschräge -- für groß gewachsene Personen kann das z.B. im Bad oder beim 2. Doppelbett zu Problemen führen. Wenn man es weiß, ist es machbar -- und wenn die Kinder kleiner sein sollten, ist das 2. Doppelbett in der Dachschräge eine coole Alternative.

Sehr gut

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Das Loft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es ist sehr sauber und es wird an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht (.z.B vom Schaumbad bis zur Bodylotion )👍 Ebenfalls ist die Küchenzeile gut bestückt.
