I don’t understand why the fitness center is in the center of the first floor. It is unbelievably loud. You would think they would put it in a corner to limit the noise. My room was on the second floor. When you walk off the elevator, the entire second floor is loud and thumping from the noise from the fitness center. I can’t believe they would put rooms directly above it. It was loud all night. I woke up before 7am and you could already hear and feel the thumping from the fitness center. I asked if they had another room and they said because I booked through a third party I couldn’t move rooms.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The room was clean, as always. And the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that there's no body wash in the shower. You provide shampoo and conditioner, but no body wash. I didn’t bring any, thinking you provided.
