My husband and my kids stayed here and got eaten up by bedbugs we hadn’t even been there two house and then breakfast was not breakfast all that had was waffles, cereal and pastries.

I only paid $50 for the room, so I wasn't expecting much but still... Everything in the room is outdated/worn out. The bathtub, toilet, ac, tv, towels, pillows and carpet all need replacing. They do superficial cleaning, but who knows when the last deep cleaning was. Stains in the shower, toilet and carpet. The sink didn't have handles, but could still be turned on and off and the tv didn't work. Thank goodness I only needed it for a few hours to rest before going to the airport. Won't be staying again.

Im fond of this hotel & travel here all the time, i love the staff and i feel very confortable and safe , if it was updated could be a 5 star , but for me , nothing beats dealing with good people, & feeling 100 percent safe & convenience= the location is perfect and walking distance to food/stores, and a quik uber/car ride to pretty much anywhere..The owner & staff are such good people & very trustworthy...they will go out there way to make u comfortable...i will go there everytime I come to Richmond/Henrico b4 any where else..(just adding they have added brand new phones, alarm clocks and bedding, and tbh , there are some rooms that have pretty decent views at sunrise/sunset)

I have been booking stays at this hotel for yeats and love it, for its good rates while being safe and the staff is great , and its close to stores , but this stay i stayed downstairs, i was aware the rooms were different, but was very happy, theyre very comfy, from the bed to the microwave , and cute little view from the front, i was very happy with this stay
