Hotel under construction, woken up at 6:45 am due to inconsiderate employees. Breakfast does not even remotely resemble what's pictured on their website. Got the runs after eating their yogurt. Had to ask to have the room cleaned. Shocked at the Hotel from Hell treatment here. Hayatt used to mean something in the hotel industry.

The room was clean. My only complaint is that the refrigerator was froze everything i placed in there on my first day. But overall the room was clean and spacious, and the shower (temp, water pressure) was great. The fitness room was nice, too Also, the front desk employees that I interacted with were all pleasant, even when I was coming in super late at night/early in the morning. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I come to Richmond.

The hotel staff were nice and helpful. There is construction going on so I tried to be mindful of that. I did not like taking cool showers. I wish I had been made aware of that when checking in. Also, the room next to me had dogs barking throughout the night.
