I would not give above 3 stars just because the hotel parking deck below the hotel is not kept very safe. My car window was broken into and I had to find out the next morning after I checked out. It was disappointing.

My stay was excellent! The general manager, Patrick, was very polite and courteous as he assisted me with checkin and ensured I was familiar with how to navigate my stay. I felt safe. The room was comfy and clean, and I will stay there again when I am in town. The parking is very convenient for a city hotel.

Our room was very nice, bathroom was exceptionally clean. Plenty of space for clothing, etc. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Did a good job explaining use of pass key in the elevator, which made us feel very secure. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend to my friends.
