Awful customer service, the manager (Christina) is so rude and so her colleagues. Very Poor food and hygiene standards. Hotel itself too far from the airport, old, the interior is cold and uninviting. The close by restaurants are expensive and food is not great, also service is not great. This village is not the holiday destination!

Hotel in the middle of nowhere & Staff Very Poor

I found this hotel very disappointing and in the middle of nowhere as well as the staff being very money orientated, this is the first time I have ever booked anything via exspedia and was very disappointed. If you are going to book this hotel , Be prepared for a long walk ! the ' all inclusive ' is nothing short of a joke and waste of time as they pick and choose what they want as all inclusive , for example - you can have a coffee but not a cappuccino and Informed we must pay extra. Also I travelled with my mother and specifically requested a twin room, and guess what ? We arrived to a double bed, When I asked the staff to change this they answer was they would have to wait on the manager to arrive ...which took three days ! Also during our stay the toilet stopped working, the Air con is a complete ripp off the food is very poor quality and found ourselves eating out rather than eating what was served. Poor on every level possible.

Selve hotellet var helt greit. Familierommet var passe stort og renholdet var bra. Dobbeltsenga var derimot oppbrukt og vond, og maten på hotellet spiste vi ikke... Fint med supermarked like ved. Bassenget var fint, men sjøen er best! Hotellet var kun en soveplass for oss
