Stayed for 5 nights as a solo traveller that booked a double room. When I got to the property I got put in a family room for 4 people in the old part of the building. The room didn’t look like what you see on the websites. Negatives: Noise from the hallway was so loud i constantly got woke up through night. Hotel room had a safe that needed a key which I had to pay 15 euros for, other rooms in the hotel had free electric safes in them. Clunky hotel room keys Buffet diner at night was hit and miss Positives: Hotel swimming pool and beach are nice to lay out Activities on throughout the hotel all day/night Beach bar staff and drinks selection are class Food in the Italian Greek restaurant during the day is nice. Cheap shuttle bus to old/new town, and on site sightseeing trips are easy to book. If you don’t want to eat in the hotel there are loads of restaurants / bars in walking distance

The staff could not do enough for us even though we went on the very early part of the season the place was full. The food was good even great however it was a little cold for the English. The room was spectacular just built

Very friendly staff, the team at the reception are brilliant, animation team are fun, the ladies who clean the rooms are very polite. The hotel Is very close to old/new town, well connected . Game room needs improvement. Food nice but could be better for Greece, after couple of days , you know what to expect. Great for families. Definitely would come back also would recommend.

Very nice hotel could be better

First the bad bits, the ice cream tastes like it has grit in it most days. Second the beer has very little alcohol I don't drink and found I drank 6 halfs with no effect. Third the food is of a very good standard but mos times it's cold. Forth they need a life guard as an old lady fell over on the shore line and was unable to get up, then she was rolled along the stones beach until someone picked her up with a cut leg. Another young girl got into difficulty in the pool once again a dove into the pool to help her. The best bits the staff make this hotel what it is. The hotel itself is of a very good standard. Buy your self some rubber shoes for £3 to cover your feet from the biggest online seller. The stones on the beach hurt.

lovely hotel

hotel is lovely some of the rooms needed up date as my sons had the old bathroom suite , our room had walk in shower and our room was kept clean every day all staff work very hard to please everybody.I enjoyed every day in the hotel lots food and snacks and drinks lots going on to please every age group it was great to have choice of pool area or sea area lots sunbeds and table, chairs. don't forget to take beach shoes as beach consists of big pebbles down to the sea.

Old hotel close to stony beach

An old hotel with neglected stony beach and beach beds area. Friendly staff but hotel facilities outdated. Restaurant serve same food set for every meal every day not great(poor quality and choice). Entertainment team nice people but not realy entertaining.

Great location, food and Service

We were a group of 40 guests for a wedding and the service was amazing. The food was always fresh and different. The entertainment team were original and friendly. The staff were great. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent hotel right on the beach

We had a great holiday here. Right on beach but not much sand! Food was good and much better than our 5* in Crete last year. Really clean - everywhere. Really helpful friendly staff. Good location to get to Rhodes town and short airport transfer. Minimarket and car hire on site. Local shops and tavernas near by. Great windsurf centre 10 min walk away with excellent instructors. Animation team were fantastic, if you wanted to join in the activities which catered for all age groups.

Great food-Noisy Place to Stay

This was our first time staying at an all inclusive hotel. The food choices were very good. We appreciated the variety and the Greek choices. On the other hand, the drinks were not very good. The soda was some off brand that tasted cheap. The wine was not flavorfull. The bar drinks were weak. At Breakfast there were no fresh juices. The hotel is noisy at night due to poor sound proofing. Doors opening and closing, and voices in the hallways were easily heard in the room. The hotel grounds were clean and pleasant. It would be nice to have non-smoking areas around the pool, bar, restaurant, and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely holiday

Just arrived back and I thought the place was fab. Food food drinks good by the beach and spotlessly clean I cannut fault this hotel for the money . Kids club and staff were fan too. The only slight negative was the hotel rooms for 3 adults a bit small ( not that we were in them long tbh ) would recommend the bungalow for latger that 2 in a party all in all would go back

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel avec accès direct a la plage, chambre rénovée avec vue sur mer. Le personnel est très gentil et efficace et tout est très bien organisé et très propre. Le nourriture est très bonne et variée et le restaurants sont très bien organisés également. Pas d'attente, pas de manque d'assiettes ou parmi les plats proposés. L'animation est discrète mais on préfère. Le seul point qui serait bien d'améliorer sont les gobelets en plastique a usage unique. Il serait mieux d'en proposer des gobelets réutilisables. On recommande cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons sûrement.
