Lovely villa in stunning location

The location of Villa Liam is perfect. The stunning sea views and pool were picture postcard perfect. It is only 20 mins from the airport and within 5-10 mins drive of wonderful restaurants and a supermarket offering the essentials. Inside the villa is well equipped and all the en-suite bedrooms are functional. There is a ground floor bedroom which was perfect for our elderly parents. A few very small additions would have made the stay a bit more convenient/ comfortable: a) a small welcome pack of basic provisions to get started. We arrived at the villa around 9.30pm after a very long day of travelling. Basic tea, coffee, milk would have been very appreciated. b) Other than utensils, cutlery and crockery, the kitchen was bare. Salt, pepper, herbs etc would be basic things to include with self catering accommodation. c) Bathrooms only had an all in one shampoo/body wash. Hand soap was only provided in the kitchen. I would class Villa Liam as premium, both in terms of the accommodation and the pricing, therefore these are little suggestions to improve the basic offering. However none of these stopped us having a wonderful week with family in the most stunning of settings.

Beautiful setting.

Beautiful setting. Lovely villa. Could have stayed much longer. Because it is on the sea it was never too hot and we all enjoyed the swimming and sunbathing. Also it is near some very nice restaurants.

Remote and beautiful

I stayed in this house with my two sons (6,8) and sister’s family (sis, her husband and twin nieces, 13). We also had our extended Greek family (5 adults, two kids under five) come and stay for a day with us to swim and enjoy the house. The pros of this property- the pool, privacy, the property manager (Teta) was so welcoming and responsive day or night, bedrooms all have on suite bathrooms, the AC was incredible including each bedroom that has its own AC unit that can be individually controlled. We hired chefs for breakfast, lunch and dinner one day and that was a wonderful experience , especially to utilize that outdoor dining table. Cons/Things I wish I would have known before booking- this house is really remote -you need a car in order to stay here. Taxi drivers and Ubers won’t come out that far to pick you up. It is also a little hard to find. My taxi driver from the airport had no idea where it was or how to find it - I had to call the property manager to give him directions in route. The beach is very rocky. We didn’t use it at all. Also when we arrived it was littered with trash. We did a big beach cleanup the first day and filled an entire trash bag just along the property line. That did not include the clean up we had to do in the backyard from a party that has just happened the day before - there was confetti everywhere that we picked up. Overall, lovely home just too far out for us.

Great stay!

House is beautiful and located in amazing place, with huge swimming pool and with sea right next to it. There is a lot of privacy, away from all tourists and crowded places. Our host was amazing, she took care of everything, helped us with renting the cars made a groceries and prepared a dinner when we arrived late. House is perfect for big family, each of us had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had an amazing time, thank you !

Fantastic location right on the beach

Great location right next to the beach and with a good size pool. No group seating option inside so good weather key. Bedrooms generally small but well done and smart. Property manager very attentive, visited everyday.

Fantastic stay in luxury villa!

We have such a wonderful week stay at Liam Villa. The villa itself was fantastic, beautifully decorated, beautiful location right on the sea (although not a sandy beach) with a fantastic 20m pool. The location is definitely "off the beaten track" so if you wanting a propery location within a bustling town then Liam villa isnt for you. There are a few local little shops/restaurants but you do really need a car to get to these (5-10 minutes away, 20-30 minute walk away). Fantastic stay! highly reccomend!!

Wonderful villa in peaceful surroundings with incredible views!

This villa is a hidden gem on the West side of the island, in the quiet village of Fanes, away from the main tourist areas and a 20 minute drive from the airport. If you are looking to escape to a luxury villa in a peaceful location, then this villa will not disappoint! (Note: If you're looking on google maps and worrying because all you can see is a patch of farmland - I promise you it's there!) Both Zohar and Teta were responsive to any concerns we had and were very warm and welcoming. The selection of food/drinks that was waiting for us when we arrived was a nice and thoughtful touch. The villa is one of four villas, all of a similar design but the grounds are so generous, the villa feels very private. To the rear of the property, in between this villa and the neighbouring villa, is the basketball half court with a good quality hoop and surface - a must for serious ballers! The villa is finished to a high standard both inside and out. The pool and outdoor seating areas are simply stunning! The views and the sunsets are incredible. The property is well maintained (cleaners and gardeners came weekly and the pool was cleaned twice a week). The villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay and there is a plentiful supply of bedding and towels. The property sits directly on the beach which means uninterrupted sea views. However, if beautiful sandy beaches are your thing, be warned that this stretch of beach isn't maintained and there is quite a bit of plastic washed up on it (sad reflection of the times). However for us, direct access to the sea was a bonus and the villa is so special, that the beach didn't bother us. There are 6 comfortable king sized bedrooms, all finished in the same clean, white style with modern shower rooms. There are 4 bedrooms at the front on the villa and 2 at the back (one upstairs and one downstairs). All bedrooms have a sea view but if you need to use all 6 bedrooms, you'll be fighting over the 4 at the front! We can highly recommend the Sea House restaurant, a short 2km drive from the villa. This is a friendly taverna that serves fresh food and local barrelled wines. We can also recommend kite surfing lessons with Meltemi at Fanes beach. This is not an easy sport to master but my son did 10hrs of lessons with them and now has a new hobby! We didn't want to leave this villa. Thank you Zohar and Teta, hopefully we'll be back very soon!

Amazing Family Holidays

We spent in Villa Liam one week with our family. The villa is just amazing and Teta, who took care of everything was a perfect and amazing host! The pool was warm and everything we needed was there. If you are a kite surfer u can start directly from the villa and lunch your kite in the garden. The kite school is just a few minutes away. Due to the fact that every room had a private bathroom you got some privacy. We would defiantly come back! Thank you Teta for everything!

What an amazing house! What an amazing service!

We (11 women) spend a week at Villa Liam and had a fabulous time! The house is as great as the pictures show it. Teta is as nice, supportive and responsive as the previous reviews describe. When we needed support with lost luggage, were looking for a cook (Deli Buffet was stellar), asked for sightseeing tips or needed a taxi - she was always there for us! Grateful for a wonderful week with friends at an amazing place! For sure not the last time we will be at the Villa!

we spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa, great outdoor area, pool, sunsets to die for, patio with grill, a pittoresk view over the sea and island and turkish mainland in front and on top of this Teta the host was super responsive warm and especially patient with all the wishes of 6 adults and 6 kids. great place! also important to mentione this was the first villa we booked where all 6 rooms where on a similar highg level and with nice views, so for once no argues about"room layout". hope to be back once!

Wonderful time in a great location and in beautiful Villa Liam

We spent a fantastic week early September in this beautiful Villa in a great location. It was my birthday week as I turned 50 years young, the 12 of us had a fabulous time. We spent some time before on the east coast of Rhodes which is really different, the West side is more windy but very pleasent. If waves are good you can even go Boogie Boarding like in California. The Gas BBQ grill is nice, the huge wooden outdoor table and the chill chairs outside made it easy to hang out right at the beach and to enjoy the sunsets and sea views. The property with the nice pool and garten is big, we played soccer and frisbee. Everything needed was available in the the Villa, nice rooms all with private bathroom. Teta, the housekeeper, prepared some welcome snacks and drinks and she did a wonderful job answering our questions and organizing things as needed, e.g bicycle rental. She brought me in touch with Kelsios, a wonderful local cook whom I asked to prepare my greek birthday dinner with the dishes I wanted to have, which he prepared all very well and all of them we liked and enjoyed so much (e.g Octopus Stew, Fish, Garlic Salat and many other tasty greek dishes). Make sure to ask him to cook for you, Highly recommend. Playing baskedball on the outdoor court was fun too. There is nice Tavernas not far away from the Villa. It never got boring but if so Rhodes Town is not far away and always worth a visit. Booking process was easy and fast feedback from Zohar and Teta was always received. All of us had a wonderful time and I hope we’ll be able to come back in the coming years. Great Time and Highly Recommended. Enjoy !

Beautiful Villa with incredible view

After initial problems with the cleaning service we spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house. The owner and the property manager did everything to support us in having a great time. Large, great pool and direct access to the mediterranean sea, nice outdoor furniture and great barbecue location completed our great experience. We will be back!
