The only good thing about the hotel was the location. It was walking distance to the BSI bus terminal and Bus Stop 6. It was next door to a bar which got noisy at night. I would not recommend this hotel. There’s no front desk, no receptionist. They text you a personalized pin number that you use to open the front door and your room. The room was tiny. There’s no desk to put your things on. The sink faucet was loose. No place to put the hand towel, they had just placed it on the sink. No bathroom counter. No lobby, just a couch on the main floor and two ipads to check in yourself if you did not do that ahead of time online. No bathroom in the lobby to use while you wait for your room to be available.
There is a luggage storage room in the basement, but all guests have access to it, so it’s not secure. They even say that they don’t take responsibility for your items. No attendant keeping an eye on it.
They say they have extra supplies (toiletries, towels and linen) in the luggage storage room. It’s just a tiny cabinet with a few supplies for the entire hotel. They were out of bath towels for days. There’s a live online 24/7 chat. I sent them a chat at 8pm requesting towels to take a shower. They said they would deliver it. After 2 hours, I chatted them again and they said they had no one at the property and that I would have to wait until morning. What kind of hotel doesn’t have towels??? Do not recommend. Especially for the price we paid per night ($300).
