Upon arriving, my daughter had to clean off the patio because it was completely covered in branches. There are still bird nests up in the ceiling fan outside. The patio table was not cleaned and there were no garbage bag liners in any of the garbage cans. The dishes were dirty that we pulled out to use. We had to hand wash each one we pulled out. The pans that we had to use were horribly stained, dirty and damaged. The host was great, but you need a new cleaning company. We left in far cleaner than it was when we arrived. The cabin was beautiful and met the needs for space. I would stay here again, if it were cleaner. I felt like the leaving instructions were excessive, considering the fact that it was NOT clean when we got here. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I appreciate the value, but consider a new cleaning company.
