We will definitely stay here again! Instructions to get in were easy, and the staff was awesome! The apartment was clean and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. And a full kitchen! Beds were comfy, and that was a bonus!

The suite was excellent. Great stay. This is our second time staying there and we will be returning on our next visit to Rexburg. Great beds and bathroom shower, plenty of room to lounge and rest, and great kitchen to cook some of our own meals.

Overall apartment was lovely. Some minor issues were with dog barking throughout night and some cleanliness issues. Dead flies on window sills, used coffee filter and trash thrown behind nightstand. Some stains on top comforter too. Sprinkler going off on side walks when trying to leave early. Fidgety entry lock . we would stay again as these issues were minor compared to comfort . Staff was very on top of everything so our error not informing them of issues but as they did not impinge much we didn’t bother.

I almost don’t want to say how good it was to stay here - don’t want a good secret spot getting away from me. Excellent place to stay. We were here for 5 nights. One thing to note - it didn’t have hangers and not really any couch blankets. Those would have been nice to have in the room. We went to a thrift store to pick up a few for our extended stay.

Misleading on breakfast.

It is a little misleading when you offer breakfast and you give one free breakfast for a room of 6 people, that is staying 2 days.

The parking lot had weeds in it. The lock code would not work well. The appliances leaked water and their were bugs in the window seal. The bedding was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The cleanliness was good other than the few bugs.

I like the location yeah, it's very convenient. There was only a couple things that still need to be finished up. Like a vent that was duct tape to hold it in. Fortunately, it was in the bathroom. So it wasn't a big deal, but it looked a little tacky, but on that I will say it was very clean, good day in was excellent and location for where I needed to be was perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anybody

They talk about how everything is brand new but there was a broken tile, garbage disposal was not working, and weird holes on either side of the toilet. They are definitely not pet friendly. The pet area is a tiny area that is overgrown with weeds and garbage everywhere. Also, the sprinklers would block your path to the pet area if you went in the early morning, They also do not let you cool the house down below 74 which is way too hot. The bedrooms were always hot and never cooled down. We would definitely only stay here as a last resort.

This might be the most incredible hotel experience I have ever had! This place is such a steal! I saved so much money per night and yet I felt like I was in a high end resort! 5 stars isn’t enough. Comparing this place to a 5 star hotel is not fair! This is a 10 star hotel. We had enough room for my family of 5 and could probably fit more comfortably. It had a full kitchen, laundry machine(not a coin operated one, a real one) ,two couches that were extremely comfortable, full fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishes, kitchen sink, etc. their is two bedrooms with two king size beds that were very comfortable. With each bed it had two night stands with usb charging ports on them. The bathroom was a full sized bathroom. I do wish there was a way around sharing one bathroom with 5 people, but with some communication it really wasn’t a problem. I forgot to mention a full dining room table with 4 chairs in the previous list. I should also mention the grounds were beautiful and well kept. I found that the pool included in the listing are passes to the local pool, but it is only open in summer. The sites like hotels.com don’t have a better way to communicate that so I hope this helps. Anyways I am all over the place, but seriously this is the place to stay at if your going to Rexburg. Really the best hotel experience I have ever had!
