Razoável mas não retorno

O hotel é grande e com boa estrutura física, como piscina, quadras e campos. A limpeza dos quartos também é muito boa, lençóis e toalhas limpos, mas a estrutura não tanto... A cama é muito dura e os travesseiros ruins, quarto muito escuro. Com relação as refeições são saborosas, porém sem muitas variedades, além disso, o restaurante é muito quente e não possui ar condicionado, o que transforma o momento das refeições não muito agradável. A recreação deixa a desejar porque as crianças ficam totalmente soltas, não dá para confiar. Eles não colocam pulseiras, pegam nome e telefone dos pais, nada! O que nos deixou bem preocupados e aflitos considerando ser um hotel fazenda grande. Não opções de lanches e serviço de quarto. Dentre as opções próximo do Rio de janeiro há opções melhores com praticamente o mesmo valor. Eu particularmente não recomendo.

Partes positivas: - Fácil acesso - Comida ótima, temperada e com bastante variedade. - Quarto confortável. - Pode levar seu pet, levei meu Golden e isso é um ponto que tenho que elogiar bastante. - Opções de lazer e atividades. - Atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Pontos negativos: - Hotel precisa de Manutencão. - A parte dos animais da fazenda que acredito estar arrendada precisa de cuidado urgente, principalmente da higiene para os animáis do local, carrapato e tinha um cachorro na corre re na parte de trás da fazenda em visível mais cuidados. - Dificuldade em oferecer agua potável grátis, coisa básica que qualquer hotel hoje em dia tem, como um aparelho de agua ou bebedouro para os hóspedes. Conclusão: - Hotel Muito bom para ir com a família, voltarei com certeza e se melhorar esses pontos com certeza se tornara um local com uma qualidade superior a atual.
