Great place to stay with multiple couples because of the full baths with each room. Very comfortable and well equipped kitchen. The house and property are exceptionally neat and clean. Only drawback is from freeway noise if you’re outside. Inside is well insulated from the noise. Very close to downtown.

Beautiful house very clean, had no problems with anything to do with the house. Neighbors sometimes have late loud parties but overall enjoyed our stay. We plan on returning and renting out The Stone House in tandem. Thank you for making our family stay most memorable, everyone enjoyed the house.

Absolutely immaculate! Check-in was easy and the property contact was immediately available when we couldn’t figure out how to connect to you tube tv. All 4 rooms were basically identical with their own bathrooms. The area was quiet and close to everything. We will return!

Spotless Property

I chose this property for its cleanliness ratings & reviews. It did not disappoint. Perfect house for the location we wanted. Huge garage to tuck away 2 large vehicles plus the driveway. I reserved Whitaker Park for a small graduation party. It’s a short walk to the park. The property had everything we needed. We previously owned a VRBO house, I’m picky on what I expect. We would stay here again if needed for the location.

FIVE STAR PROPERTY & CONVENIENT TO UNR CAMPUS

Our family was in Reno to celebrate our grandson's graduation! The property is very convenient for getting to the campus; it's almost within walking distance! How wonderful to have full bathrooms and walk-in closets in every bedroom, comfy beds with lovely linens. Each room has a nice-sized smart tv. Kitchen is very roomy and well-equipped with new appliances. Lots of dishes, silverware, drinkware, pots & pans, toaster, blender, a keurig with coffeepods, sugar & sweetners to getcha goin'! Minerva St is a very quiet little one-way lane with plenty of parking with two car garage, and 2 space driveway. Being just off University St is very convenient, with a Raley's grocery about about 1/2 mile away. We had a request and the manager responded within minutes. It wasn't a problem for us, but there are a few stairs to go up to the main floor from the front door. The entire property has lovely contemporary decor. Very comfortable. We will definitely use this lovely, sparkling-clean property next time we are in the area!

Great family place!

Got our family together for Hot August Nights. Place was great and roomy, every room has its own bathroom which was amazing! And while the house is all on one floor there are stairs up from the driveway. And parking was a little difficult with such a narrow street and the people across the way parking in the alley. A little noisy being right next to the freeway, but inside the house you can't hear a thing. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful property

Family Reno Trip

This was not only our first trip to Reno, it was our first experience with VRBO. The home did look like the pictures. The kitchen was stocked very well with the essentials. The gas grill was very nice. The outside patio was very nice. We were surprised by the very loose headboards on the beds. So much that in at least three of the rooms just to get on the bed created banging against the wall. We were concerned about colored bedsheets. Could they be washed properly between guests since they were not able to be bleached. Finally we were provided eight facecloths ,hand towels and bath towels for six people for a week. This obligated us to wash towels several times during the week. However the laundry room was nice. We wanted to have family time and relax some days but found that the three TVs were difficult to navigate as they were all different and only had streaming channels. The home was nice. A little more maintenance on the beds would have improved their overall comfort. Since this was our first experience with a vacation stay outside a hotel or resort, we felt it was nice enough .

House was great.

Family enjoyed the space and having their own bathrooms. Convenient to the events we were going to. Convenient to supermarket. It is in the midst of some fraternities and 2 nights of loud music until early morning.

Great Family Layout

Loved the home! The owner response to requests and questions was quick and kind. It was great to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The kitchen, dining, and family room is a great space to engage with loved ones. We would love to return. Easy check in and check out.
