Staff was courteous, room was clean and stocked. Very good layout for breakfast, can put together your own egg ham/sausage breakfast sandwich on biscuit, Hawaiian roll, or bagel. Also had cereal, granola, yogurt, waffles, juice, etc. Seems like only one elevator works, and the one that works may not open when arriving at your floor, just press the open door button

The pool was closed the first night we were there and the elevator was broken all weekend. The food choices also could have been better. However, the hotel and room were very clean, and all the amenities in the room were wonderful. Sheets and pillows were extra soft. Overall, we will definately be back.

We got caught up in the snowstorm and will be arriving late for our check-in. They were able to accommodate us and were very understanding. Our room was very clean and cozy, and complementary breakfast was satisfying staff are friendly, and the customer service was great. My kids love the indoor heated pool.
