Our holiday house for 2-6 persons on the ground floor has a very large living-dining room with comfortable sofa, large dining table, flat screen TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen: incl. Oven and dishwasher and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a carefully thought bathroom with shower / WC. A beautiful, south-facing wooden terrace and a beautiful garden with stunning mountain views invite you to relax.

We ask for your understanding that our anti-allergy-friendly holiday home is smoking not allowed. This requires also that pets are not allowed.

Location: Fantastic mountain views, the local leisure facilities, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, Kneipp facilities and hiking trails are easily accessible in a few minutes on foot. Directly opposite the house are numerous hiking trails and the cross-country ski trail.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a safe, and a dining table.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich mit tollem Blick auf Natur und Berge. Sie ist modern und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt. WLAN funktionierte gut, was insbesondere für mitreisende Kinder interessant ist. Am besten hat uns die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge gefallen. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Tolles kleines Haus nah an Reit im Winkl

Wie waren 10 Tage mit der Familie in Reit im Winkl. Haus Ulla liegt ideal, um Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung und nach Österreich zu starten. Nach Reit sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, so dass man abends gut im Ort einkehren kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ort essen

Urlaub mit Genuss

Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und sind von der Ferienwohnung begeistert. Unsere Erwartungen, wenn man das so nennen darf, wurden übertroffen. Es fehlt uns an nichts und wir genossen es, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen oder im WoZi, bei einem guten Glas Wein, Karten zu zocken. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Ortskern von Reit im Winkl ist nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen jeglicher Art. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir können das Ferienhaus Ulla nur empfehlen.

Alles bestens!!

Die Wohnung war für uns optimal. Toll ausgestattet, sehr gute Lage. In der näheren Umgebung waren alle wichtigen Dinge für mich sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Vorfeld war alles vom Vermieter TOP organisiert. Von freundlicher Kommunikation, über Informationen über Ort und Umgebung bis zur schnellen und konkreten Beantwortung von Fragen. Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen. Obwohl wir eigentlich jedes Jahr woanders Urlaub machen, wäre es eine Überlegung wert hier noch einmal einzuchecken, da es noch einiges gibt, was wir nicht gesehen haben.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem Ferienhaus. Viel Platz für die ganze Familie! Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es ist ca. 10 min vom Ortskern von Reit im Winkl entfernt und sehr schön gelegen. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat gut geklappt. Anweisungen vor der Anreise waren gut verständlich. Haben uns als Familie in dem Haus wohlgefühlt.

Ferienhaus Ulla - Einfach top!

Die Sauberkeit im Ferienhaus war super. Eines der wenigen Objekte, in denen wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Einrichtung, war mehr als in Ordnung. Die Terasse/Garten ist super gepflegt, weshalb wir auch fast jeden Tag bei dem herrlichen Wetter gegrillt hatten. Allem in allem, kann ich das Haus nur empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Ulla sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und modern und schön eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten - habe noch nie im Urlaub so gut geschlafen! Vom Garten und der Terrasse traumhafter Blick auf die Berge. Angenehmer Kontakt zur sehr freundlichen Vermieterin. Obwohl das Haus an der B 305 liegt, haben wir den Verkehr (der selbst in der Hochsaison auch nicht übermäßig viel war) kaum gehört, so dass man die Lage aus unserer Sicht als ruhig bezeichnen kann. Wir können das Ferienhaus Ulla uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

„Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ob Badezimmer oder Küche, Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer, das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Wir haben viele Radtouren direkt von unserem Haus aus gestartet. Der Ortskern von Reit im Winkl ist nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt und lädt zum Bummeln ein. Für notwendige Besorgungen stehen mehrere Supermärkte zur Verfügung. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super, wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Gute Unterkunft als Basis für die Erkundung der Region

In der Beschreibung fehlt das die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig ist , starker Verkehrslärm besonders in den Morgenstunden . Direkt an der Bundestraße 305 . Lärmdämmung gibt es nicht .
