When we arrived we had t checked about parking( our fault I just assumed we could) but their car park was full and the receptionist kindly let us stay in one of the disabled spots as we were leaving by 10 am. I was very grateful for this after a long drive. She mentioned roof boxes are a problem as the car parks are all underground.. otherwise lovely stay on our way back from skiing.

“The Superior room is spacious enough for a family of four. However, our room had a malfunctioning toilet flush and the TV remote was missing batteries. Despite having a secured car park next to the hotel with six visible free spaces, the reception staff falsely claimed it was full, even though it was only 16:30 and guests were out for dinner. The next morning, four spaces were still available. After a long drive from Lyon with tired kids, this was incredibly frustrating. We won’t be booking here again.”
