A lovely private courtyard entry greets guests for this ground-level open concept unit, boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths that sleeps 4 people. Property is close to the beach and all the restaurant action. We swam at the pool on site and played some pickleball. Until graduation party down in Fenwick and did a day at the beach in Rehoboth. Great communication with hosts and would stay again!

I've stayed at this property several times. This is my favorite property whenever we go to the festival. The property is well maintained, very clean, the hosts are excellent and anything you may need has been provided and available, basically all the comforts of home. It's near everything. However, most importantly for me is, that it's a very clean, very comfortable and in a safe area.

The perfect family getaway

We stayed at Dodd and Tanisha's beautiful unit for the second year in a row, and we are already planning our third year next summer - that's how perfect their place is!
