Great location in Regensburg. The parking garage was a bit tricky to find, but easy to navigate once we knew where it was. We stayed Tuesday night through Saturday morning, and everything was amazing until Friday night when we were a bit surprised to find a nightclub right outside our window. It was warm in the room but we couldn’t open the window because the cigarette smoke was so thick and it was so noisy, until about 3am. Nothing the hotel can do about that, just something to be aware of! Staff were absolutely amazing, kind and helpful!

Great hotel and staff

The room was very clean and had loads of space (junior suite). The staff were very friendly and always greeted me in the morning with a hello and a big smile. The only issue I had was that the fridge was broken and did now get fixed. I had a great stay and will definitely return.

The staff were wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable. It’s hidden a little of the street and is unassuming. However, once you get in you find a very nice interior and a very pleasant staff. It’s very walkable to everything in Regensburg and is not that far from the train station

The hotel was lovely - modern, nicely decorated, and very clean. The location was close to the Altstadt and also close to the train station. The breakfast buffet was varied and of high quality. We would definitely stay there again.

A pleasant stay

It is located inside the old town, easy to walk to all town’s attractions. It is accessible by car, but driving within the area is quite tricky. After some effort, we ended up in front of the hotel instead of the public parking, which is located at the back of the hotel. Quirky, and pleasantly decorated, we enjoyed everything - our Deluxe Double Room with excellent bed and bathroom, the very good breakfast served in a nice area, and most of all, the excellent, friendly service.

Noisy; no ambiance; terrible beds. AVOID

Here we go: First off a WARNING: Do not stay there on THURS; FRI:SAT nights. Reason: There are 4 major nightclubs next door which are noisy with music and drunk people. You will not get a nights sleep. The Clue? The have ear plugs in the room. Second: the building is bland, nothing special. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and small. The pillows are horrible. In the room there is no table or anythig so you can have something to eat and not eat on bed. Also: The front of the hotel is not accessible by car or taxi etc. So if you have trouble walking too bad for you. There is zero ambiance. Breakfast, for which I paid 25 euro's or so is very very very plain. Usually the kind of breakfast you get for free. They also do not clean the tables or bus them in a timely manner. It really is a rip off. Save the 25 and go somewhere else to have breakfast. For that many they should have had fried eggs or somethng like that, but just hard boiled eggs. Milk is UHT and not cold. . Actually nothing is refrigerated, not even the milk; juices or yoghurt. Luke warm. So it is not worth it at all. Avoid. You can do much much better for the price.
