Grandview #12 Townhouse With High Speed Wifi

Grandview #12 is a two-bedroom townhouse that sits on the east end of town but is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The front door opens up to a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided during the winter season) and flat-screen satellite TV for your entertainment.



Also on the first floor is a lovely dining area with a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen as well as a ½ bath. The property is within walking distance of the retail shops and eating establishments.



Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has a king bed with a wonderful view of the mountains from a private balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and private balcony. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This property has a total of 1036 square feet.



Other features include High Speed WiFi, (making it a great choice if you need to work remotely) a front porch with seating, and a charcoal grill.

There are 2 parking spaces right in front of this unit making unloading a breeze! No washer/dryer. No trailer parking.

This property is very "rustic". It is unfortunate when you spend so much money on your accommodations to be so disappointed. I did not rate it one star because there were some good things. First the good stuff... check in was relatively easy, however... I wish they had a keypad on the door so we didn't have to stop by the office after our long drive. The location was great and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Now for the not so good... I honestly could not believe the condition of the sofa and the carpet. It was nothing short of disgusting. We had to cover the sofa with a blanket in order to sit on it. I do not mind older furniture as long as it is clean- this was filthy. The carpet was not any better. Even the small rugs in the bathroom were pretty gross... but the floors were clean... if I were you I would just eliminate the smaller rugs and it would be an improvement in the bathrooms. I also couldn't believe there were old sheets on the beds. We had mismatched sheets and pillowcases (some with stains and discoloration). It seems like clean, fresh sheets and bed coverings is a no brainer on a vacation rental. I've never left a poor review on VRBO- but I have never been this disappointed in a property. My family and I made the best of what we had and we still had a great vacation. I just hope when management reads this review- they make some changes so future guests have a better experience.

Convenient location and well decorated, but, for the price, it could use some updating. TVs in bedrooms were tiny old-time boxes, mattresses were so so, microwave didn't have a turntable, carpet needed stretching.
